Their speed but more importantly, honesty. I sent a phone I thought was one model but it was in fact a later one. They discovered that and offered me a higher amount. I totally respect that. They'll have whatever business I have for them in future!

Lies about prices, should probably be talked to by trading standards
Sort by low to high, phones starting as low as 40! Every single one you click on the price jumps to 100. What scammy bull.

However completely ignored my communication about postage. Only pay on items upto £75, which is utterly hopeless. It cost me £11.95 to post my item, considerably detracting from bottom line.

We provide a free tracked postage label with every trade-in, which includes compensation cover of up to £75 as standard. This is in line with standard practice across the trade-in industry. Unfortunately, at the start of this year Royal Mail reduced the compensation included with this service from £150 to £75 — a change that affected all businesses using their tracked services, and one that was outside our control.
Because of this, where a device is worth more than £75 we recommend that customers purchase Royal Mail Special Delivery themselves, so the item is fully covered in transit. This isn't something we sell or profit from — it's simply our honest recommendation to make sure you're protected while the device is in the post.

Great except for packaging
Ordering, price, finding on website and delivery time were all spot on but packaging was poor. A couple of layers of bubble wrap and a very loose box which arrived badly dented. Fortunately the iPad was fine.

Excellent experience for both buying and selling phones.
Bought a reconditioned phone which arrived really quickly and was in excellent condition as described. Communication was excellent, letting me know what was happening and the payment was in my bank within 4 hours of them revealing the phone.
Also sold my old phone which was really easy to do and got a excellent price which was
much higher than other companies. Only slight downside was I couldn't take advantage of the discount offer as I had to order my new phone and keep my old one for a couple of days as I couldn't be without a phone. Overall though tech-tiger are fabulous, offer excellent value for money and 5* service and I would definitely recommend for both buying and selling phones.

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic. I was apprehensive after using the like of cex and taking ages for them to test and downgrading my items.
Thought I have nothing to lose as I will just ask for the item back if they take the Mickey.

Old 9th Gen iPad Sold
We had an old 9th Gen iPad that was redundant and came across Tiger Tech on Google. The website was easy to navigate and receive a conditional quote. To be honest I was a bit sceptical at first as it all seemed too good to be true. But after mailing the iPad to TT using the free post label I downloaded I received an email a couple of days later confirming acceptance of the quote and the money was in my bank. Including the £10 new customer voucher!
