Company insisted that my device was iCloud locked even though I showed proof it wasn’t multiple times. They made me pay for collection and delivery back to my address only to find out they copied the IMEI number incorrectly. I sincerely hope they look into this and make some changes to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I used a different company and had a seamless experience with a higher quote in the end but did not receive compensation from tiger tech for the unnecessary delivery cost.

Scam company make fake faults on your phone leaving the charger a little out to show a battery charger fault when I hablve never had that problem

I’ve just got a ‘new’ iPad Pro 13” for half price!

I was sceptical about buying a refurbished iPad but after receiving this renewed iPad I am absolutely delighted. In mint condition, no marks or blemishes anywhere. Works as it should and the battery capacity is 100%.

The savings I made allowed me to buy an Apple Magic Keyboard, so I’m fully kitted out and have saved over £700’s. For a Yorkshireman that’s what I call a bargain. Magic!

Ordered a refurbed ipad. Delivered very quickly and condition is brilliant, if you didn’t know it was a refurb you would think it was new.

I traded my older iPad (M1) for the newer M4 version. The entire process was seamless and transparent. Perfect service - paid out what they said they would, which in recent past experience with other companies is unusual. Also, extremely quick payment. Posted item on Wednesday, money in my account on Friday. This is the 2nd time I've sold to Tech Tiger and both times great service - in fact the first time I used them, they pointed out that one of the devices I was trading could still be returned to the retailer.
