No idea which generation the phone is and what refurbishment level.
Tried to sort out on Amazon but some wrong with process it just keeps going back to the start.

What an amazing company, I was quoted £310 for my old S24ULTRA, which was far from good condition purely because of the screen. They offered me £310, I sent it Saturday morning, and they received it early Monday morning. They had processed my order and made payment, all within the hour. I was paid in full by midday, amazing service.

Mis-described item, poor comms
Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 from Tech Tiger on Amazon. Phone described as "excellent with no visible scratches from 30cm". All three camera ports were rusted like the phone had been submerged in water for a long time, one was heavily scratched. Seller agreed the return but wanted me to pay the return postage. I said absolutely not and they then provided a return label. The return has been received and yet they have not refunded. I am so disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. It has been a total waste of my time and I have had to message and chase this seller for everything.

I was sceptical of the offer as some sites were selling these to the public for less money than I was offered. £144 reduced to £30 for flaws id informed them about upon sale
I sold my MacBook Pro to this company via BackMarket, noted all scratches and that it has a slight bend in the frame (which doesn’t affect the laptop at all as it closes and functions properly) and was quoted £144. When the item arrived they then counter offered the laptop changing it to £30 for the same flaws I’d already made them aware of. When I questioned this they then told me that they could offer me £40 maximum. I was horrified, if the functionality of the laptop was affected or it didn’t work entirely i would agree. I asked for a return which I was granted and I’ve now sold the laptop to another company who has given me £100. So I thoroughly recommend that if this company approach you on BackMarket and you don’t want to ripped off then please avoid them at all costs. This isn’t a situation unique to me having read other reviews I can see others have experienced the same and even had their items returned with damage. Luckily my laptop wasn’t damaged when it came back. This company is wanting nothing more than to buy perfectly good technology for cheap and sell it at a huge profit. I don’t recommend them at all.

Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry that you were upset with the counteroffer.
We have reviewed the counteroffer based upon the criteria for the original quoted price. The ‘Used’ condition selected allows for some scratches and dents.
However, our tester noted the bend on the frame (corner of the screen). Any bend would normally qualify for a reject and return (BackMarket terms: “Important: We don't accept bent and/or oxidized items”).
Since the bend was localised, we decided to make a lower offer rather than just reject it outright.
We’re sorry you found this offer to be too low, and we can understand that having selected a condition you believed to be honest and correct, you feel aggrieved. However, it was specifically the bend on the frame which meant we had to lower the value offered I’m afraid.
You mention that you provided photos and notes about the bend to BackMarket, unfortunately, we have no visibility of this as the device processor. Had we seen the damage prior to your shipping the item, we could have advised on the offer you would have received. This is feedback we will raise with BackMarket directly.
We can only assure you that we do not try to deceive or rip anyone off and we always try to offer a fair price based upon the condition received.
We hope this helps explain the reason behind our assessment decision on this occasion.

Returned Item With No Refund
returned my item, due to issues with the product. Provided the company evidence my return was dropped off and i haven’t received a refund now they are saying my claim was rejected because there’s no evidence the product was dropped off and that it is “fraudulent” £780 down the drain
