returned my item, due to issues with the product. Provided the company evidence my return was dropped off and i haven’t received a refund now they are saying my claim was rejected because there’s no evidence the product was dropped off and that it is “fraudulent” £780 down the drain

Twice I have used Tech Tiger. On both occasions I have been paid what was offered and paid same day as item received. The best service I have received for selling my Tech.

I saw online i could get £350 for a s25 plus. Tech Tiger for the same condition phone offered me £458. I was skeptical of using an unknown brand considering bad experiences with some sellers. This was not one of those bad experiences.

I sent it yesterday via Special Delivery. By 6pm today I had the money. This is a quick turnaround and they are most reassuring by issuing with a data erasure report and very regular comms.

I am trading in my older Samsung phone next and will definitely be using Tech Tiger again.
