Not so good experience

I wasn't aware it was pre-order and it had took quite a long time. I had written to them to ask for an update and they didn't reply at all. I had also made the payment, quite disappointed.

Be careful when you buy. You don't know whether your item will be sent to you or not since no reply from them. And they actually stated, 48hours to ship, quite misleading.

To reply: I didn't receive the query in 24 hours, I waited and no reply, that's why I wrote this review. However, i do received a reply after i wrote this. Also, after ordering and making payment, it didn't indicate any estimated delivery,
it left customer in a confusing stage after a few days when theres no status update, it will be better to be upfront and let customer understand when the estimated time instead of assuming every customer know exactly what will happen.

Takes long to ship

They has been saying that my product is pre-order and now it has been over 1 month. They promised to ship in January but not yet processed in February. Didn’t know this is what I signed up for when buying.

It has been two months since I placed…

It has been two months since I placed the order, but I still haven't received my bag. The shipping information has been wrong. Every time to customer service reflect, always say in the process, but never timely update. I was very frustrated and decided to refund the money, but I haven't received the money yet. A bad shopping experience.

Disappointed - Dismayed

Where to start? The product as described and pictured was not what I received. The quality of the product was poor (the leather was marked, clip scratched and the assembly of it was clumsy). Customer service were unhelpful and treated me like a fool. They then insisted that to return the product, that I pay for the privilege. I just feel that the price paid for the bag was excessive considering the quality of the product delivered and the support team behind the product.

Firstly, regarding the strap selection, we understand that there may have been some confusion. The EMMA bag comes with one strap of your choice, as indicated on the product page. We do our best to make this clear, but we value your input and will continue to improve our communication.

Concerning the quality concerns, we did not receive any photos from you to confirm the issues you mentioned (marks on the leather, scratches on the clip, etc.). If you had provided images showing a defect, we would have reviewed the case and offered an appropriate solution, including a refund. We remain open to reviewing this if you can still provide images.

As for the return process, our policy clearly states that returns from outside France are at the customer’s expense, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed. This is standard practice and was communicated in our exchanges. The prepaid return label was offered as an optional service, not a requirement.

We always strive to provide a helpful and transparent customer experience. If you are still willing to send us photos of the defects, we are happy to reassess the situation. Otherwise, we remain available should you wish to proceed with a return under our standard policy.

Disappointed

Hi, I'm very disappointed because haven't received my items yet. After a wait of 3 months it reaches my country and gets Sent back because the hadn't filled in the paperwork properly.i messaged you but haven't received a reply yet. The star is for the nice person who i spoke through whatsapp 2 months ago.

Because I placed an order on 10/27/2024…

Because I placed an order on 10/27/2024 and we have now entered a year and I have not received my bag. It was previously sent with the fedx delivery company later on when I was about to receive it and then the delivery company was asked to return the goods.
By communicating with the company, they recorded that they had a problem with the delivery company and explained to the members that they sent it with another company, DHL, to join now and blame it on whether it was shipped or not. I feel that the topic was shared more than it deserved.

Disappointing service

I placed an order on Nov 16 and my delivery kept getting delayed and I never received it. I then requested a refund in mid Dec and still did not receive it. Extremely disappointed in the service when I was looking forward to receiving the product.

I only received a mail stating that the order is on its way on 16/12/2024 but no news since then.

The situation is unacceptable especially for a Christmas gift.
