Ordered mine weeks ago, haven't heard a peep, or gotten my product or any kind of shipping info!!

So was very late , but did eventually show up will raise it from 1 star to 3

Absolute scam. Total B0ll0cks. Take your money, no delivery & sh11t customer service. Waiting a month now. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS SH11TE!

I ordered my machine over 1 week ago. After reading reviews I emailed to cancel my order within 14 hours but told that it had already left the warehouse. However 1 week on and it still hasn’t reached the courier. Mardee from company quick to tel me it had left the warehouse but silence when I ask where it is.
Think I have been done!!!

Definitely a rip off!!! I have just gone onto Argos website to look at Ab machines and was directed to Amazon page which showed the exact same Abs machine for £27.99 Furthermore I have been using the Abs device for the past 3 days After day 1 one of the gel pads had totally shriveled up and another not far off being shriveled up So certainly no value for money and the device has no real power to it

Still waiting nearly 14 days after they said it arrived. No tracking number in the shipping details. No way for me to track this. Guess it is money lost but never again.

I nearly fell into the trap and I came across review o pedia showing these:

1. A study done on athletes found that:
“low-frequency (20 Hz) neuromuscular electrical stimulation training for 12 weeks is ineffective in inducing hypertrophy of the abdominal muscles in trained athletes.”

2. Deceptive Advertising - The claim that this device is a high-end “military grade” training tool is false.

Tactical X is simply buying these units wholesale from overseas, rebranding the generic products with their logo, and reselling them at a large markup.

Here is an example wholesale listing for this product found on the Chinese ecommerce website Alibaba (simply search Abs Simulator you’ll see plenty from USD 5 per unit depending on the quantities ordered).

3. 4. 5. 6. Etc: that is not to name the other issues from other customers:
- Poor adhesion to the abdomen
- Poor overall quality of the product
- Reliability issues
- No clear results
- No real refund policy (really hard to get )
- The company changed its names after too many bad reviews

At last but not least they fail to mention the safety precaution for these types of EMS (Electronic Muscle Stimulators). They should be avoided if you have:

- an electronic implant such as a pacemaker
- any heart conditions
- are pregnant
- high blood pressure
- epilepsy
- other serious medical conditions

This product is cheap of the lowest quality possible. Waste of money does not work definitely extra low quality

I've been using the 'military grade muscle stimulator' from this company for the last three weeks.
Firstly, the company. Tactical x Abs is in the USA. Shipping took a little under 2 weeks and the item arrived right on time. Communication from the company was good.
Now the product. The muscle stimulator is easy to use and the little clip-on power pack control devices have batteries that last a long time and recharge very quickly. I've used the big ab stimulator nearly every day for the past 3 weeks. Generally I go through all 6 programs once a day in one or two sessions. It didn't take long to build up to intensity 19. I can't say it felt like I'd done hundreds of crunches after doing even all 6 programs consecutively in one sitting. I also haven't found any improvement in my usual performance at doing standard army style crunches. It still hurts the same passing through crunch number 50. It could be doing some good and is not unpleasant to use, and since I paid the money for it, I'll keep using it. I think one thing it is doing is training me to keep my abdominal muscles in a state of slight tension, even subconsciously. This makes my tummy flatter and my posture better. I have noticed however that my body-fat percentage has dropped from 27% to 21% in the last two months. While my body-fat was steadily lowering due to my usual exercise routine, I think the muscle stimulator might have increased the rate that it was dropping.
Overall, it's probably a worthwhile addition to any exercise regime, although I think it's somewhat expensive, and the claims that it's making the marines turn into muscled machines are an exaggeration. If I remember, I'll look at updating my thoughts on this unit in a few months time.
