I ordered item November 1,2024. Today November 9 and have not received. I called their number many times and wrong number. I sent 3 emails no responses. At email I attached my bank proof of purchase(NOTHING ) I never received an email for tracking as they said they would send now just dumbfounded what to do. I would love the item to test

the strength levels are the same above level 5 doesn't go any higher which its says it has 18 levels which is a load of shit there's only 5 it actually goes down in power the higher you go up complete bullshit and the design is cheap crap very disappointed

I’m trying it out now for the first time and don’t even know it’s on. Instructions were not clear and there is no direct customer service phone number… The video shows guy’s abs convulsing like a workout and it doing nothing. Also the charge cord does not fit the device. This was my bday present and I’m sad now

I have been trying to get ahold of somebody to talk to me about my ab x muscle stimulator I had that Ab pad had replaced because it did not work right so the pat itself was replaced however now the pads for your legs and arms has stopped working I have not had this item but just at a month I believe and no matter what website I go to or phone number I call I keep getting the runaround I would give this entire experience no stars I want to get this resolved or get my money back and the malfunction started before I even had it for a month I would say I've had this product for a month and a half tops

Very weak power setting don't increase above 3 centralized in 1 area the middle of unit gel pads don't hold especially if sweating try using xpoint has 2 out puts for 2 pads each gel pads that hold ! Can place any wear on body 10x stronger will actually work your muscles.

So cool, somebody built a TEMs machine and decided to claim its origins are from military technology to make it seem credible when in reality this is as useful as the 1980’s vibrating belt machines. Absolutely there are benefits to electrical stimulation machines on the body they are great for physical therapy they are great for relaxing muscles before and after exercise or stretching. But it is just a scam to try and say that they will do anything to help with weight loss or muscle development. These people are just trying to steal your money like they stole someone else’s tech, do not fall for it.

You can purchase a tens unit that will do better. I use one for my shoulder with a 9V battery. It contracts your muscles over and over again. Why pay this much and risk it. Go to a pharmacy and ask about a tens unit.

I saw the scam alerts about taking money off cards, I hope this not true. Could not complete order. I will check my cards if I have been ripped off. Hopefully, not. Judging by what I’ve read, they may need to clean house.

Ok. I might’ve jumped out too quick. I immediately received an email from the company. I guess after seeing this. I guess they’re experiencing high volume and he explained himself to me - so my score goes up for that.

Do the maths. Really! 15kgs in 2 weeks. That is literally impossible or unhealthy. Stop talking sh.t people that have shrunk their stomachs or had the lap ban surgery can’t obtain those results in 2 weeks.

Please don’t waste your money, I was sold in the advert however when it arrived it’s been useless. The item has 19 levels/ settings 19 being the most intense. As soon as I go above 5 the item looses power and no longer contracts my stomach. THIS IS A SCAM!!
I have reverted back to my £9 item from china that is a million times better..

Please think before you buy. These never worked for me all they did was leave a burn. I contacted the company and not one person had the descentcey to reply to my messages. So please beware once you have bought it and if any you have any problems with it then you will recieve no assistance.
