You know the part at the bottom of the ad where it says who they're protected by, like Norton for instance and if they're with the BBB? Well what you want to do is press on one of those. If it's legit, it will take you to that sight. If it does nothing then it's safe to say to keep your money. You're welcome. Oh and I had to give it a star in order to write this

Really small, and it wasn't cheap. It didn't do anything for me. To return for a full refund is practically impossible. I wouldn't recommend it.

They suck. I bought the set, the abbs and the arms. I tried them. First the gel pads did not last long enough. Second, the gel pad did not stick well enough, so I had to use tap to tap the edges of the simulator. third, one of the arm straps died withing a month. also, the gels pads don't last long. I tried these terrible thing everyday. Each one I had on for three cycles per body part. I even bough replacement gel pads, and continued with the faith that I would end up with some positive results. Guess what, NAAAAH, they SUCK. I had ZERO result. Nothing changed. Except, my wallet is lighter and my body got nothing but painful electric zaps for NOTHING. You want Muscles, you better do it the conventional way, cause these awful things won't do anything for you. That's my experience, and I wanted to share it with you...!

This is the same company that sold a flashlight "torch" that claimed could cook an egg; melt plastic. I got suckered. Definitely didn't even get close...it was just a bright flashlight. For $40 bucks. Rip off scam company. I called and complained, and they refunded my money when I told them I was going to file a dispute with the credit card company. If they won't refund you, call your credit card company- tell them what happened

A waste of time and money, ordered 6/1 label created 6/4 didn’t actually ship till 6/9 just found out it can’t be delivered it was returned due to someone not being able to correctly address a shipping label, shocking no response from the company contacting card company to get refund for charges billed. Terrible company, nothing but a scam

What a SCAM! Try to return and they finally tell you it must be returned to china, after they sent me a Las Vegas Address. The shipping cost more than the BS product. They promised me a 70% refund, we will see if I ever get my $.
The ONE review that was a 5 star must work for their company.

Don't buy, total scam. The company claims to ship in 2 hrs after order with UPS. I requested and received a USPS tracking # that stated the product label had been printed and that USPS was waiting for the drop off. 6 days later and the product has not left the facility. I don't think it will. I filed a dispute with my CC company. Good riddance!

Honestly, you got what you deserve. You have yo be pretty stupid to buy into these scams. Abs are difficult to achieve, and if that type of muscle structure isn’t in the genes it’s not gonna happen. Do the work be happy with whayou get.

Product is drop shipped from China and it’s just a re-branded version of a Chinese knock off. I have not received the product yet but seeing these other reviews I have very little expectation that it will work. Just because of the poor communication and no disclosure that it’s direct shipped from China instead of in Nevada where they say they are located is enough to leave a one star review. Look for some thing else that is better reviewed on the website like men’s health.

This company is a total scam. They give the Muscle Stimulator industry a bad name. I have a lot of experience inside of the muscle stimulator industry. in the video associated with this product if you look carefully, you will see at least three different units being featured in the photos and the videos. One of the video clips is actually of a product that I manufactured and sold on HSN- Home Shopping Network. if you look at that clip carefully, it says Living Well by Montel. it was a unit that I manufactured for Montel Williams. These guys behind this company are stealing proprietary property and using it to sell their garbage units. if you buy this type of unit you want to buy one that has an FDA, OTC clearance. A real electronic muscle stimulator is considered to be a class 2 medical device and it has to have an FDA 510k number. as in the case with my unit, there is nothing about the company or the word Tatical Abs! The average cost for this trash is about $5 per unit. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this product. There are a handful of companies that have passed all of the required safety testing and that have received an FDA 510k. Our product is called FlexAbs by FlexTone. It’s being sold on the number one E-commerce site in the world. Thank you Trustpilot for this format.

This company is a total scam. I received the product and what a joke. I wrote them immediately to get a refund. They never responded.

In order to return the item, it couldn't have been opened. I didn't open it. It was flimsy and looked worthless.

The product I received was not the same product I've seen on the website. The box says Muscle Stimulator Military grades in cheap cardboard box. I tried to find the "Tactical X abs" written in somewhere in the box or package, I didn't see any.
So I sent email to customer service and asked about return. I told him this same reason.
and this is what he said in response to my email.
-------what you have received is the newer model we released.
New and improved in the design, but the same exact quality and efficiency.
Would you accept a 50% refund to save us both the trouble of returning it?----------------------------------

Anyways, the way he responded made me wonder if I return this product, will I get my money back ?So I searched for the reviews and I got here.... lol Great!! I concluded that I can't trust this company to give me my money back. My last hope is , use it anyways and see what happens. If it works great, if not, I learned expensive lessen that I will never repeat.

Complete and utter scam. I ordered the item and it did not arrive for 4 weeks. Finally tracked down a help line and rec'd "a" product within a week. It was not what the site advertised by any measure. The name on the packaging wasn't even the same and, as an indicator, the spelling in the instructions was as wrong more than right. THIS WAS NOT MANF. in the U.S. as claimed! COMPLETE FRAUD!
