I bought the abs max and arms max with the 2 year warranty. I returned the product once and got it replaced. Within 2 weeks of getting the replacement things went bad again. Returned product for replacement. I has now been about 6 months still nothing after repeated calls and being told the replacement were being shipped. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered 1 machine and they sent 4?, I contacted the company easily with the number provided and they said I could keep the machines for free and even threw in a magic carpet that does actually fly!!! They then sent me a box of pills that allow you to read people's minds and they work too...in short stop wasting you're money buying this rubbish and put the money towards a gym membership then get off the sofa if you can be bothered and do some real exercise!!!

Total scam…card was charged, they try to make you buy up 50 times before you finish making the purchase. NO communication back from their contact/support page. I paid for shipment tracking, doesn’t exist. DO NOT buy from TacticalXAbs - it’s a total scam!

The company is a total scam do not buy I ordered mine a month ago and it still hasn't arrived they do email back with bull... replys on how it's been shipped although the tracking number says USPS HAS NOT received the package what a waste of money

I ordered the tactical x abs, I was told it had been delivered, they told me they had photographic evidence, the photo was an old one delivering something completely different. The company is not too be trusted. They are total scam. And the tactical x doesn't work on muscles at all. Such a waste of hard earned money. They didn't even have the decency to apologise. Sarah

Ce produit est une arnaque.
On vous promet de vous en envoyer un autre et puis rien et plus de nouvelles.
Ce sont des escrocs, je pense qu'ils sont aux usa , à bannir complètement et surtout faites en de la pub dans ce sens.

Quel arnaque ce produit je donnerai zéro étoile, j'ai mis 1étoile ,pour pouvoir écrire ce message, si non je peux donner mon avis... ! Touts est toutes les françaises qui onts acheter ce produits ce sonts faient avoir,,,l'expéditeur et le fournisseur de ce produit onts les gens pour des naïfs.. !

Surtout ne commandez pas d’appareils sur le site tactical x.

Bonjour, je possède un tactical x depuis 3 semaines. J ai déjà un petit module qui ne marche plus, il s allume mais le courant ne passe plus sur les zones concernées.
Je n' arrive pas a trouver le SAV sur internet, car sur le site, apparemment c est garanti 2ans.
Si quelqu'un de tactical pouvait lire ceci et me faire parvenir un petit module, cela serait sympa.

COMPLETE SCAM AND B.S.If I could give this no stars I would. I just opened it up today and noticed the product is extremely cheap, falls off your body within 10 minutes of first using it and it doesn't even work that well. It stops after about 5 to 10 minutes for whatever reason. NO ONE gets a good workout is 5 to 10 mins and gains results from it. Tried writing a review on their website about the product instead of the fake 5 stars they have and surprise I couldn't. DO NOT ORDER OR WASTE MONEY ON THIS BS. You better off buying a real electric stimulator.

Well nothing's went wrong with the product yet but I paid $134 for the ABS in the arm thing and that was even with the shipping insurance but maybe that's why the shipping says 7 Days in the US and will today's Friday the 13th and it makes 14 days now and I still haven't gotten them so I'm pretty disappointed with the delivery message so they told me it was in Portland finally now so hopefully I'll get them this weekend or Monday so I can't really leave a review on how well they work and even want to buy more because I don't know if I'll get it in the mail or not because they just have a problem with shipping stuff out or something somebody don't know what the hell they're doing at that company maybe they need to be trained and grab a bucket and a mop and go clean the bathrooms instead of working the shipping department I mean come on you can't be that much of a moron you can't put stuff in a box put in the address on it and mail it

- Pas de réponse à mes mails malgré mes relances concernant le programme VIP coaching tactique, acheté, mais inexistant
- Suivi après vente on ne peut plus basique, probablement assuré à partir de je ne sais quel lieu...j'ai demandé où acheter des coussinets de gel supplémentaires. Pas de réponse
- Vos patches ne collent pas sur l'abdomen si l'on est pas rasé ; l'effet est donc minime ; impossible à utiliser si l'on est pas immobilisé
- "L'agent Spencer" (virtuel semble-t-il) refuse le contact téléphonique en cas de besoin, contact mail seulement
- Lenteur de la livraison
- Qualité produit : probablement fabriqué en Chine pour quelques €. Ca ne vaut pas plus..
- Notice utilisateur on ne peut plus sommaire. Le collage sur les électrodes n'est pas du tout évident (j'ai gaspillé plusieurs coussinets avant d'arriver à les coller correctement)

Je déconseille fortement. Le produit est très bien marketé, mais pas du tout à la hauteur de mes attentes

What a load of garbage. I should have known better than to buy it, but - idiot that I am -I hoped that if it did 10% of what they claimed, it would improve my muscles some. NAH! Please don't waste your money on this stupid rubbish. I would have given it zero stars if it had been possible.

A difficult experience.

I was initially pleased with product but it stopped working within two weeks. Emailed help desk (two different addresses) and they told me it was not their product. Never could speak with live person at vendor phone number. Eventually got through to billing company number on my credit card statement and they were cooperative and told me they would issue a refund.
I would think twice about ordering this product based upon my experience.

Shameful, peace of **it do not, I mean do not waste your time and $. Very very disappointed. You got me, you got me.I hope you spend my hard earned money wisely. I should have known it was to good to be true.👎🤬

SCAM ALERT: I can second another review on here in that the company will take your money and then send you a “friendly” email to complete your order. They are definitely trying to trick you into buying twice what you need. Unbelievably shady. The customers service number is for a different company and they have gone so “viral” they cannot answer the phone. They don’t respond via email either. You may eventually get a product, but this is more of a criminal enterprise than a company.

Use their on-line ordering system with care. It tricked my partner into putting his information in a second time by saying you need to confirm your order and then asking for the information again. Surprise, surprise - he got charged twice and when you ask for a refund they say it has already been sent. Will be interesting to see if they both arrive.
