A very helpful but supportive estate agency
A very helpful, non-pushy and supportive estate agency. We recently (Jan 2019) bought a holiday house through Susan Payne Property and we only have good reports of them. Jan in the office was particularly good at keeping our purchase on track and acting as an intermediary between both parties and both sets of solicitors. She was proactive but not intrusive.

Excellent personal service from Susan and her brother. Bought a house and sold a flat through Susan Payne and was really impressed. Would happily recommend her to anyone.

The team at Susan Payne property are absolutely outstanding and I would 100% recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house across the Isle of Wight.
With expert experience and advise they took the stress out of moving home and enabled the whole process to run smoothly.
No corporate sales pitches, just a friendly local service where nothing is to much trouble.

Susan Payne Property sold my flat in less than two months. They listen to what customers want and are full of enthusiasm and energy for what they do. They don't push the 'corporate' sales pitch, mortgage selling or send endless numbers of unwanted emails. A very positive experience, with a successful outcome, from a highly motivated and most pleasant team of people.
