Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. We ended up exchanging and completing during the lockdown and even though this was a difficult time for everyone, it didn’t stop Jan from doing all she could to make sure we could move as soon as it was safe too. We would 100% reccomend Susan Payne property to our friends and family.

Very professional organisation to deal with right from initial enquiry, to appointment, negotiation and throughout the progression process. Which from a buyers perspective was very refreshing and gave confidence throughout the transaction.
Also, incredibly thorough and concise details provided on our purchase property and very supportive with any enquiry raised responding within a timely manner. Would not hesitate approaching Susan Payne again who offer a very personal service unlike many of the corporate estate agents. Fantastic service...... Thank you

Absolutely brilliant service!
Now, this is how Estates Agents should operate. Personal, tailored service at its very best. Every step of the journey was well managed and never did I feel like I was a nuisance. I really cannot fault this company and wholeheartedly recommend them. Isle of Wight Estate Agents take note.... this is how you do it!

Excellent support throughout.
Susan and the team (particularly in Jan) were amazing in helping us find our ideal home and ensured that everything went through in time. We were overseas for most of the process and Jan was brilliant in loading with solicitors,other estate agents and the seller when needed to make sure we could move in to our new home. I don’t think it would have happened without Jan’s determination and dedication!

Great experience
A good experience from the viewing through to Completion. Nice selection of properties. I gave very short notice to view a property on a Monday morning, yet they made an effort to fit me in.
Once I made an offer the follow through was excellent. The sale was monitored at every stage.
