Phone attendant was rude and unhelpful while trying to locate the property, I was there well before the agreed time. They left the property before I could view. I was being respectful trying to explain I couldn’t locate the block; I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to anyone so unprofessional before, like you’re doing me a favour or giving me a free house.

Advertising a property that’s not actually available for purchase. We made an offer after viewing and it took a whole week to be told they already have a buyer in place. Very Poor communication.
