I’ve given 5 stars for Rebecka in customer service of this company. She has sorted out a mistake they made in the initial booking and subsequently answered query’s about other aspects of our trip in an efficient, helpful and friendly way.

Luke was great with communication as well as being very prompt with the details of our booking.

We got in a mess trying to download our boarding passes through Ryan Air's not very helpful App.
We rang Super Escapes and were promptly answered by Linda who was very helpful and guided us through the process with clear instructions

Luke was very helpful. I was just doing a last checkup before fly this weekend. Luke checked everything and we are good to go.

My initial contact with Lucy was a pleasant experience. She is charming and helpful and used all her selling techniques as ia expected from an agent.
Second contact with another agent confirming my booking was not very good. He used old sales method of giving higher price for other service and when not getting the required result, resolved immediately 50% discount.
My third contact with Danya was not as good as with Lucy. Same tactic was used to sell me a product at higher price and when challenged reduced the price.

This was my first time with SuperEscapes and the service received from them was very good. I was looked after by Rebecka and Barry and both of them informed and helped me professionally.

Dania was was incredibly helpful in sorting out our airline difficulties and queries.

Agent initially did not understand my request, eventually we got to what we wanted to discuss . Agent done well and answered my request. Appreciate they are on tight timescales to move onto next customer. Noisy environment and very loud deafening music on hold

Despite company not automatically sending boarding pass details once you contact them they are friendly and helpful

I went on holiday to Reykjavik.On arriving at the Hotel Island Wellness I was informed my holiday company Super Escapes had booked me into a hotel with a similar name in Kopavogor.
I had to pay for a taxi to the hotel.
None of the excursions gave rides to the hotel.As a result I incurred £122 in taxi fares.
I sent a letter to the office in Birmingham(after discovering the office in Wimbledon is closed)
I was offered £20.
The holiday was advertised in The Metro.The booking process was fraught with difficulty understanding the officials who stated during call ls I agreed to Hotel Comfort!.
I booked the holiday in November,two months ahead of the trip(which was disappointing)
The room given was tiny in a hotel short of business!

Super Escape Travel company gave us a third class hotel by telling us a very good hotel Empire Beach Resort in Hurghada .They charged us extra for the super room having no extra facilities shower room not locking no safe in the room to lock your valuables no water bottle or a good Bar .Staff in the Bar area not understanding whiskey ran out after one shot.do not understand the difference in Rum whiskey or Brandy.My advice to anyone do not book this hotel ever.Very poor rating

I waited until our return before posting a review but I have to say that we were very pleased with our overall experience with Super Escapes.
As long as you stick to your guns with the offered package and don’t accept any compromises we would highly recommend.
On each occasion we were apparently their first call of the day but that aside they were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Benjamin, Dylan and Niel

From the booking process through to requesting changes to the holiday the customer service was excellent. Milo who was dealing with my phone call, was very helpful and took the time to look for the best flight times available which was greatly appreciated- thanks Milo 😊
