Super Escape Travel company gave us a third class hotel by telling us a very good hotel Empire Beach Resort in Hurghada .They charged us extra for the super room having no extra facilities shower room not locking no safe in the room to lock your valuables no water bottle or a good Bar .Staff in the Bar area not understanding whiskey ran out after one shot.do not understand the difference in Rum whiskey or Brandy.My advice to anyone do not book this hotel ever.Very poor rating

I waited until our return before posting a review but I have to say that we were very pleased with our overall experience with Super Escapes.
As long as you stick to your guns with the offered package and don’t accept any compromises we would highly recommend.
On each occasion we were apparently their first call of the day but that aside they were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Benjamin, Dylan and Niel

From the booking process through to requesting changes to the holiday the customer service was excellent. Milo who was dealing with my phone call, was very helpful and took the time to look for the best flight times available which was greatly appreciated- thanks Milo 😊

I have been really happy with my experience with Super Escapes. When I booked my trip I had trouble finding a hotel that I was happy with, but the people I spoke to were really patient and helped me for over an hour. Luke was also really helpful when I phoned back to confirm a few details. The whole team is great though 😀

It began with a bit of a rocky start - as I work away and needed my boarding passes before the 24 hours that the agency suggested.
I had used the hotel - Smart Hotel, Maestre, Venice, previously so I knew what to expect - lovely hotel staff, good food and excellent service.
This was my 5th trip to Venice and apart from WizzAir's only allowing a small underseat bag, decided to pay for the Priority (£40 each each way) to take a small overhead case.
Super Escapes were extremely helpful and I would definitely use and travel with them again. Would like to mention the Customer Support Executive - Neil Woodcraft.

This was our first trip booked through Super Escapes. Everything went very smoothly and out hotel in Riga was great. We will definitely use Super Escspes again.

All contact has been positive with helpful staff including today's contact with Rio.

Good value holidays although their systems are a bit bureaucratic.

The booking was easy and they sent all info through on my phone. Eva phoned to let me know it was time to check in. Her English could be better i struggled abit to understand what she was saying but we got through.
Would use super escapes again 👍

The company was excellent in all aspects of the process. This was our second time booking with them. The true measure of a travel is of course what happens in reality and everything went exactly as planned. I would certainly use them again, without hesitation
