I hate waiting to pay at the restaurant. Sunday is truly a revolution because there's no longer a need to wait for the waiter to bring the payment terminal.
Yes, it cost me 20 cents, but I paid and leave in 30 seconds.
According to me, the scandal is waiting 20 minutes behind 10 people at the till.

Very efficient way to pay. Much more simpler as a guest. Loved it.

Rip off fees charged to customer paying in restaurant to pay their bill. Any fees should be responsibility of the restaurant.

No option but to pay a £3 fee on payment - for no benefit. Outrageous

Charged £2.99 to use the app. We split the bill 5 ways without realising. So we spent £15 in fees!

When it came to paying the bill, I was told to use the QR code on the table. That took me to an app (Sunday App) only to charge me extra - what was called a "checkout fee" on top of the service charge - for the privilege of paying the bill without using a card machine! That's unacceptable and nonsense! I will never go to a restaurant that uses this app and pay a checkout fee!

My restaurant bill was more expensive because this app added a charge to pay with credit card. Asked the waiter politely to remove this charge and to pay in cash instead.

Charges you to pay a bill, absolute joke of a company.

If in a restaurant (or wherever) that uses it, tell them you want to pay on their card machine and have the service charge removed off the bill due to them using this app.

Don't return to anywhere that uses this app, they don't give a damn about you as a customer, so let them go under.

Application à la limite de la malhonnêteté. Il n'y a aucune raison de cocher et de faire payer par défaut au consommateur un supplément de 10% en pourboire sur les notes de restaurant dans votre application. On ne se rend pas du tout compte quand on règle qu'est cochée une petite case pour le pourboire par défaut. Vous manquez gravement à votre devoir d'information et de transparence et ce que vous faites s'apparente à de la vente forcée. Vos agissements sont contestables car vous ne prévenez pas et n'indiquez pas du tout assez clairement la façon dont vous extorquez de l'argent aux utilisateurs par vos façons de faire abusives. Merci de vous corriger.

On fait payer le client d'un restaurant des frais supplémentaires pour pouvoir utiliser la plateforme Sunday ?! Non seulement personne ne veut vraiment faire ça, on se dit qu'en le faisant on fait gagner du temps aux serveurs, mais comme ils glissent subtilement leur frais dans la note (l'addition affichée n'est pas la même que la somme a payer à la fin), on ne fait pas attention et on se fait avoir. C'est exécrable et non seulement je n'utiliserais plus jamais ce service, je me poserais la question deux fois avant de manger dans un restaurant qui propose ce genre de service...

Had a fabulous lunch at Gloria in Shoreditch and when it came to pay the bill I was asked to pay use the QR code in the table - I did this and as we were in a hurry to catch a train I inadvertently clicked on yes to the tip - for which I paid £9.00, there were other options but the App defaulted to £9.00 and I was in a hurry. When I got my emailed invoice I was then charged both a service charge of 12.5% plus a service fee for the app plus the tip..! Sunday App has spoiled a great experience and has left me feeling I'd been conned into multiple charges on top on my bill; so rather than helping Gloria to avoid bad reviews - has actually given them one and I won't be returning for that reason.

I recently dined at Circolo Popolare, and the server asked me to scan the QR code to pay the bill. Initially, I was happy because I could pay at my convenience. However, SundayApp added a checkout fee on top of the service charge and tip. Why should I pay for using this app? I asked the waiter to bring the card machine and paid my bill.

Good workflow for paying your bill but all the extra charges on top of the actual check amount you see are very dishonest. Not up for paying extra to pay my bill.

I recently dined at a restaurant where they asked me to pay the bill using this app. This app asked me to pay a tip, which I did, and then proceeded to charge me 12.5% service on top of that, as well as a charge for using the app. The service wasn’t so great that I would have tipped AND pay a service charge. I found it annoying having to pay that, as well as being charged to pay my bill. I will try to avoid using this app in future.

Tout simplement du vol, j’ai payé via cette application au restaurant et des frais sont prélevés ensuite sans être avisé ! C est du vol .

Les frais de paiement sont payé par le consommateur et non le restaurateur, c'est n'importe quoi. Pourboire coché par défaut en plus.
