0,99€ de frais non annoncé au moment de payer, on aurait mieux fait de demander l'addition comme d'habitude. C'est pas des pratiques honnêtes et ça laisse un goût amer.

Les frais de services sont non seulement prohibitifs (1€ sur une addition de 3,90€) mais pas annoncés lors de la transaction. On le découvre après coup. C’est malhonnête.

I am shocked that there app like this. What a scam. I have been asked to pay the bill with this and I had to pay the fee of 0.99£. For what? To do couple of basic math operations that can take 5 seconds? Which I even didn’t ask to. This a scam. Absolutely unethical. Shame on the creators.

I used to hate the payment part of eating with my friends especially when we split but this makes such a world of a difference. Didnt have to deal with doing the math and venmo'ing eachother - i love it!

Attention outre le fait que cette application est inutile puisque les banques propose la même chose par leur service intégrée maintenant
ces équipes sont d'une mauvaise foie, sans pareil, j'ai un collègue restaurateur parisien qui a mit des mois a recuperer ces fonds mal versés, pas de réponses au question des mails à rallonge de la commerciale "on s'en occupe..." de rine du tout..!!
sans parler des factures, commissions, et j'en passe, le tout en s'adressant a vous par votre prénom comme si on étaient des amis....vraiment des guignols sur toute la ligne. donc à éviter mais surtout totalement inutile même si vous faites 600Cvts/jour..il suffit de voir a qui ils appartiennent...un groupe de restauration....un comble !!

Faire les poches des clients ne suffisait visiblement pas : SUNDAY prélève aussi plus de 10 % sur les pourboires laissés aux serveurs. Dans un métier déjà parmi les plus fatigants, exigeants et mal payés de la restauration, récupérer une part de l’argent laissé en remerciement du service est d’une indécence rare. Derrière le discours sur l’innovation se cache surtout une machine à prélever sa commission sur le travail des autres.

Needed to leave a friend's birthday dinner early but didn't want to leave anyone stuck with my portion of the bill. The QR with our check on the table made it so easy for me to pay my portion and cover the birthday girl's drink too! Loved not having to flag a server down and endure the awkward interaction to facilitate this with her + being able to go on my own timing

J'ai utilisé l'application chez Hippotamus. Rapide et claire, j'ai pu contrôler mon addition et faire le règlement en toute autonomie sans solliciter le serveur.

Je l’utilise très souvent pour regler mon addition le midi ! Je n’ai pas beaucoup de temps et c’est donc idéal pour régler mon addition sur mon téléphone et repartir au boulot !!

Pour les pourboires c’est très pratique aussi, je n’ai jamais de cash avec moi!

The idea of that clients have to pay extra money just for this app is horrible. That should be only on businesses, the ones who really needs this. I prefer using "dividelo.app", a free app to split the bills wherever I go

We had a big table of 6 people at Brother Marcus Covent Garden. We actually had to catch a train to get to Gatwick and were in a rush. Thanks to the sunday QR code we managed to settle the bill within 3 minutes. Quick, easy and accurate. It happens often that you divide the service charge wrong and someone ends up paying more, thanks to sunday everything was sorted in seconds

Didn't have to wait to pay the bill which is great!

Très satisfait de l’expérience avec les QR codes Sunday App ! Interface simple, rapide et intuitive. Le paiement se fait en quelques secondes, ce qui fluidifie vraiment l’expérience client et fait gagner du temps à tout le monde. Une solution moderne et efficace que je recommande sans hésiter.

As a server, my tip average has dropped. I get better tips without using it. I also participated in one of their challenges and was not paid for it. I rather finish my steps of service and get all of my money than to push this on anyone. I will tell folks about the hidden fees to keep my tables from using it

Really like the idea of skipping end part of meals, especially at busier restaurants where you are sitting around for the waitstaff to bring back a check. Also love being able to split the check with my friends ourselves instead of having to burden the server and write down 10 different credit card amounts to charge!

I have worked in the industry and know those bill splits can be tedious, the little QR takes away all the pain and simplifies the process. Plus you don't have the awkward moment of the server hovering over you as you make your tip selection on their handhelds anymore!

I recently dined at Pink Mamma with my family in Paris. The food was delicious, the service was warm, and checking out with sunday was seamless- the best part!

2€ sorti sans mon accord. Je donne les pourboires à l’ancienne car l’application en garde une partie… j’ai cliqué non et on me facture quand même… une vaste tromperie. J’ai fait une signalement à Signal Conso et à force la tromperie mènera à la perte de cette entreprise

I like the idea of being able to pay whenever I’m ready — it definitely avoids those moments where you’re waiting around trying to get the bill. It’s not something that completely changes everything, but it does make the end of the meal a bit smoother and less frustrating. I get that there might be a small fee attached, and honestly that doesn’t seem shocking considering how many services charge for convenience nowadays. The interface is also pretty straightforward and easy to figure out.

This is truly a scam. Shame on this App, shame on the restaurants adipting this app.
This is Unethical and deceptive. Hidden fees and review gatekeepers. This app is the death of hospitality
