Excellent Customer Service
The female team member with whom I originally spoke provided excellent customer service both in her manner whilst speaking to me and in investigating my problem and moving it forward.
The team manager who subsequently called me to explain a process was equally friendly, efficient and professional.

Bin collection
I rang about which day a bin needed to go out for collection but despite putting the bin out it was not emptied and so I had to call again and I was advised that the bin collectors said the bin was not out which was untrue so had to arrange another coll

Constant missed food waste collections
We are continually having missed collections of our food waste. First they state the bin isn't out which it is. Then they say they couldn't get to our site as a road was closed. Instead of making up stories cancel the contract so we can go elsewhere!
