Can’t recommend them enough

Can’t recommend them enough. I have used other places in the past but they just are not reliable or accommodating. Suez is one of the best, the account management from Andy Minchin has also made a massive difference. Keep it up guys.

Great service usually but near 3 weeks to…

Great service but near 3 weeks to replace a full bin that is hard to move due to faulty and broken wheels is a bit much when we pay for 2 bins to be removed a week and stuck 3 weeks with one bin. That is not great.

Nothing was done to fix the problem of…

Nothing was done to fix the problem of our waste not being collected... causing vermin to scatter the waste over the bin area
No reply was received from my email requesting a credit for the missed collection.
I also had to phone the following week to request a collection as the bins had not been emptied for a second week running.

LATE OR NO COLLECTIONS OF BINS!!!
MISSED BIN COLLECTION FROM YOURSELVES SO YOU SAID YOU WOULD DO A FREE COLLECTION BUT CHARGED EXCESS WEIGHT ON IT!!! EVEN THOUGH IT WAS YOU THAT MISSED OUR COLLECTION! EXCESS WEIGHT WAS BECAUSE OF THE MISSED COLLECTION!!! CASE IS STILL ON GOING!
CUSTOMER SERVICES NOT OVERALLY HELPFUL WITH MISSED OR LATE COLLECTIONS. CASES ARE CREATED AND NEVER HEAR BACK FROM SUEZ

Do not inform you when there is an issue but charge you regardless

Do not inform you if there is an issue with pick up. Do not comeback to you with information when you query pick up. Open complaints and close them without actually addressing the issues. Never take accountability for any issues which means as the Customer you do all the chasing and begging them to actually remove your rubbish as contracted which because a pick up has been missed is then over weight and then of course they charge you for the missed pick up, the one that happened and then you will also receive overweight charges. On the rare occasion you actually do get someone who does try to help you, their promises often fall through and again, when they do promise to call you back they don't and hey presto the complaint is closed without further discussion.
Customer service non existent. Contracted service hit and miss. Communication appalling.

Wouldn't use

Over charge customers, send debt collectors to customers for other peoples debts. Fail to respond to you when trying to resolve the matter then refuse to do so.
