You appear to be consistently forget to empty our bins. This is now the 3rd time.

App doesnt work been trying for over 3 months utter shambles. I live in Trafford Sale Manchester in the council of Trafford. Been at the same address for over 7 years . I have never used the tip . I am now doing a clear out as children have left home . I am hiring a van for 3 days so need a permit . The app doesnt let you go past a certain point . I have all the documentation . It doesnt even email you back . Please try using the app you will see .

SUEZ its our 6 years waste collector. I am so happy with all member of staff.

The issue I reported has still not been resolved.

Ideally I would like to give this organisation a minus star rating. We wanted to get rid of some old plasterboard from our company premises from an old partition wall that we had demolished ourselves. We happened to have a hire van at the time so took it to the Leatherhead site to get rid of it. They would not allow us to dump it there as apparently unlike what their website said they do not take trade! We were quite happy to pay charges but we were not allowed. After contacting the other sites in the area we got the same or similar stupid answers. So we had a van with piles of plasterboard in it with no where for it to go. The only way to get rid of it was to dump it on a to nice open residential driveway in Surrey. Could someone from this pointless company please explain to me why you have such stupid policies in place to get rid of plasterboard? This kind of idiocy leads to the rampant fly tipping we see today. Its annoying when you try to do the right thing and you cant. Many others have told me that if they only have a small amount of plasterboard waste they disguise it in their general rubbish -maybe wrong but what else can you do.

After submitting this review I got a request from Suez to say they need some more information? What the crux of the matter is... It seems an impossible task for our company to get rid of waste plasterboard. We went to the Suez centre at Leatherhead to get rid of the plasterboard but we were sent away and after phoning around none of their other locations in Surrey would help either. So since the whole point of Suez is to take and handle waste and they refused to do that then that makes them a pointless organisation. Perhaps someone from Suez could explain how we were to get rid of this waste plasterboard in this scenario.

I didnt get a reply as to if you supply food bags for commercial bins- just a message saying query resolved!

Your customer service team were polite and helpful

A long wait between contact, to skip emptied. Then given Wednesday, and came Thursday! Health & Safety became an issue as a result in our yard.

Any issues are rectified quickly.

You still haven't collected the refuse from over a week ago

I had to shut down my restaurant temporarily and they suggested to freeze the services throughout this period to ease my financial duties which was amazing. You guys are absolutely fab! Thank you

appalling customer service, have been told bins were emptied on xx day, totally untrue, bins not being emptied, no notification to customers about missed service, in short a total shambles

I had an absolutely terrible experience with SUEZ Waste Management. My contract runs until 29th September 2025, and I even have written proof from their customer relations team confirming that my bins would be removed on 4th October 2025. from the premise because that is when i am handing over the business.

Despite this, the bins were removed on 24/09/25 without any notice. When I called, I was told it was a mistake and that they “can’t put the bins back” because they have no drivers. That leaves me with no way to manage my waste for days while still under contract.

When I asked for a solution, all I got was repeated apologies and a promise that “someone will call me on Friday.” No alternative arrangements, no accountability, and no urgency to fix a problem that directly affects my business.

This is shocking customer service — taking bins away before the end of a paid contract and offering nothing but “sorry” is absolutely insulting to customers. what do i do with my waste for next 6 days. i have written proof from their customer relations officer JOZEF RATCLIFFE that the bin will be removed from the site on 04/10/25

the team leader name was Jade - don't know how she came into that position.

The instructions on changing contract was not discussed and skips/bins removed, with no communication and then took a long time to get reinstated

Quick response and were able to do what was requested

After a little query not having our waste collected as normal was sorted quickly. Very good service having changed to Suez.

I visited Longley Lane Recycling Centre on Saturday 20th September,when I got there and opened the boot of my car I’d had a paint spillage,I was so upset2 workers Artie and Sam quickly got a bin and cloths and proceeded to clean the spillage which took a good 10 minutes,they then went on to help empty my car with me.
I can honestly say I’ve never met two nicer young men so polite and helpful and even after my disaster made me feel like it wasn’t that bad 😂 thankyou so much to both of them
