Visited today with some fairly standard household recycling, A TV, wood bits and broken kids games. The staff proved to be patronising, rude and arrogant - several times I had to ask staff to move away from and not peer into my car. I had a working assistance dog with me and needed to ensure she was safe - this was ignored!

Was followed around by a young member of staff who seemed intent on checking every single item, even calling another female member of staff to discuss whether plastic Scalextric track is electrical?!

I asked to speak to a manager, a rude and aggressive bearded man turned up, claiming to be the manager, team leader AND the site manager and there was nobody else on site that I could make any complaint to. I asked if I could make a complaint about the attitude and rudeness of the staff and he stated 'you just have, I'll pass it on' before smirking and telling the staff 'you've been warned'! laughing and joking!

I had to leave some paint thinners on the side as not one member would refer me to the correct COSHH area for the safe and secure disposal of chemicals despite me stating and reading the label which listed - flammable, dangerous for skin and inhalation and potential to cause skin burns. I was shocked by the lack of concern for the safety of other members of staff and public and said this was a 'health and safety issue' and needed addressing - the manager refused to respond!

My request for a formal complaint was laughed off - I asked inside the 'shop' if I could make a written complaint and was told to go and see the same bearded team leader/manager and site manager!!

Shocking treatment of both members of the public and waste safety management, especially chemicals! I have reported this to Enviromental Health to safeguard members of the public and risk to the environment

Suez have emailed me stating the manager will 'raise my concerns' AND reported me to trustpilot for my review as I included personal names on their terrible, rude and unprofessional staff members!
What an absolute joke! Clearly senior management don't take complaints seriously and allow their staff free rein?

Hopefully my complaint to enviromental health regarding the lack of COSHH safety and monitoring on dangerous chemicals will do some good!?

My request for change of service was actioned as soon as possible

Very good communication skills from the person I spoke to and got to the point straight away.
So much easier than these "Chat" lines that many other companies use.

Helpful reliable

Consistent failure to remove dry mixed recycling bin and never has the common decency to inform you they aren't coming or even call to reschedule. It is almost weekly that they do not turn up on the agrreed day. Always left down to me to chase via customer services and the situation has not improved in 12 months really.

Never exchange skips on the day they are promised.
Forever changing account managers.
Overall very poor service.

The local depot did not come and empty our bin. They emailed on the day they should have collected to say they would do it on Wednesday but never came.
On the following normal collection day they didn't take the full 2-weeks worth of waste

Firstly the email generated by contact us on the portal went to your junk, and now 2 weeks on from phoning yourselves I am still awaiting resolution

No one has replied to my complaint. And our food waste bin still hasn't been collected.

Monthly collection missed and urgent collection not made.

The service we receive when the bins are collected is very good however, if there isn't a driver for whatever reason, we do not get a collection and we do not get notified. I had to contact the office myself to arrange a collection which wasn't carried out until two days had passed. This is not really acceptable as I manage a holiday park and our bins were full.

The information I required was made available, it took a little while to get it but it was worth the wait. Friendly service and a comprehensive response.

It has been three weeks now since our recycled bins were emptied. We have had to hire a skip from a recycling company to prevent our bins overflowing...we have been promised several pick up dates and not one has happened...if they are not emptied this week we will be signing up with a new recycling company

We were promised that two bins which were delivered by mistake a few months back would be collected on 30 September. They haven't been!
