To the female driver of the Suez lorry…
To the female driver of the Suez lorry today at 11.05 at the Bell junction on the A127, you collected the refuse then refused to let me into the inside lane. You then proceeded to drive at great speed through the BP garage into Hobleythick Lane where I met you again just about to pull out in front of me at speed! You shouldn’t be in charge of a reuse lorry in my opinion. Very poor driving.

No complaints
No complaints. SUEZ have been taking care of our waste for a number of months now into a 3 year contract and the office and collection staff have never given us any reason to complain. The waste is always collected on time and without complaints, and our bin isn't in the easiest location to collect from.

The driver left the new bin on the…
The driver left the new bin on the other side of our security gates. Only because I had to go out and notice that there was a bin there - and queried it with the office - that I discovered that it had been left. We are on the same campus as another school and they were unsure if it was theirs or ours.

Poor record keeping
Complete confusion between the various personnel that dealt with our request for an additional bin - customer service agents not accepting what they are told by their customer. Suggestion would be to improve record keeping and key data for searching records.

It was disappointing that when I raised…
It was disappointing that when I raised the issue that I shouldnt be billed for my non collections I was then told to raise the issue when my invoice was issued and this would be looked at. I then had to email the people that I had already spoken to about it already, why could it just not be done at the time. It also took nearly a week to respond to this request.
I also still have the outstanding issue of my duty ofcare documents are not cbeing emailed in an editable PDF, I spoke to someone about this and he said he would look into it. Nothing has been done and he has not returned my calls. It seems tha the only way to get a response it to leave a bad review because last time I did it he was on the phone within 4 hours.

Bin delivered to the wrong address
Even though I did speak to Suez representative and explained that I needed the bin delivered to the rear of the Growler Stop. Next to my bins from my other business bins Dartford WMC. The bin was delivered to the front of the Growler Stop. I have moved it 200yds on foot to the rear of the Growler Stop. I hope collections get the memo.
