No longer valued…
After near a decade of working together, and with no notice, our contract valued at c£20k no longer warrants an account manager. Simple enquiries now take a week to turn around.

A professional company
The drivers go above and beyond and the overall service from this company has been fantastic. Our account manager is always helpful and having access to an online portal makes it a good experience.

Exceptional Service
I have used Suez for a number of years now and cannot fault them. They service on time as per the schedule and the drivers are great. Never had an issue and would highly recommend them.

Many missed collections
We have had many missed collections (largely food waste), it has taken quite a while with lots of communication to sort out and still uncertain if things are remedied going forward.

We keep getting missed on rubbish…
We keep getting missed on rubbish collections. When calling the office they couldn't tell me why or what time the team collected. They said they would contact the team and find out. Next thing I know the report is closed eith no answers.

Need clearing bins at Weekends.
Experienced several times no clearing bins during weekends. Hope company could arrange another staffs to cover while someone is on annual leave or on holiday.

Completely unreliable service would not…
Completely unreliable service would not recommend to anyone if I could take more stars away, I will give minus stars i’m constantly calling in to find out when my general waste has not been collected and I’m always getting told lies to say it’s in hand they would collected the next day and yet still nothing i’ve had to put rubbish into my own car and take it to a different site. That is how bad the service is. It was getting that bad we had flies all over the bins and it was disgusting for a school this isn’t the first time I have complained it just feels like we’re not being listened to and they don’t care

Absolutely terrible experience with…
Absolutely terrible experience with SUEZ. They repeatedly missed our recycling bin collections despite multiple complaints by email and phone. Instead of resolving the issue, they completely ignored our messages and pushed us to switch to another provider.
When we cancelled within the 30-day grace period, they still tried to charge us 43% of the remaining contract value, even though their poor service caused the cancellation in the first place. Extremely unprofessional and unethical behaviour.
We have full email and call evidence of their negligence and have already reported them to the council. Would never recommend SUEZ to any business — poor service, poor communication, and no accountability.
