Unacceptable service

Service in Southend-on-Sea totally unacceptable with missed collections on a regular basis. Our bin collection has been missed Four (4) times during October and November. Each time we are told it will be rectified within 48 hours. Doesn't happen.
Our block is a 15 apartment block for retired persons and over the past 4 weeks our bins have not been emptied on the scheduled day and we have to raise Missed Bin collection tickets with the Council Service Desk. The ticket raised on Tuesday 11th November had not been processed as of 0700 this morning even though the Council Service Desk had been contacted numerous times during the week. We were informed each time that the matter was being progressed, but no action was being taken by SUEZ.

I’ve requested 2 suez 1100L bins to be…

I’ve requested 2 suez 1100L bins to be removed as we’ve been subcontracted to Biffa, the case has been closed but no action taken or plan of action relayed? I don’t like to moan but we simply don’t have room for the extra bins. Case number 00938246.

Very good supplier

Very good supply all the skips for B7s though had a bit of trouble in other areas. I would use them again but I prefer 40 yard skips not 35s due to transportation costs.
Though really they are a major player in the country giving out a few skips is not really what they stand for! excellent overall waste management company...

After ringing about having had missed…

After ringing about having had missed collections the excuses for non collection were very poor, Fri31st Oct you said no site access, I was here all day, Tues 4th Nov you said, blocked access to site, road was open all day. You re-arranged my recycling collection to take place on 5th Nov and again no collection. Very poor service

High maintenance

High maintenance. For ever having to check if you have collected and then painstaking report if you have not and then remember to let your accounts know again when the invoice arrives for the full amount. A good customer service system would communicate this internally and raise a credit or reduce the invoice.
