Unfair behavior

I tried to go to work on Friday when is a recycle day. My car was behind my home and just one line driveway. The recycling van blocked my way out I asked the driver to let me out,his answer was they not gonna be long. Is takes at least 10 minutes and I was late to work,need to send pictures to my boss . I needed to waiting until when they finished. I reported it send the evidence picture. Last week Friday they didn't take any of my rubbish. All of other neighbors rubbish gone but they didn't touch mine. Is recycling day today again so will see will they take my rubbish or not. I paid the bills etc , I just feel unfair this . I know they working hard and is important what they're doing but why is need to go this way? 😔

Missed collections nearly every other…

Missed collections nearly every other week, so have to constantly chase to get the bins collected and then they still charge me for the collections they do not do. They then ignore emails when asking for this problem to be rectified. I am left with a staff room full of rubbish as no room in the over flowing bins from missed collections.

General waste not collected

General waste not collected. Collection rescheduled but again not collected. Complaint made - waste eventually collected, but no explanations or apologies.
Subsequently charged for an additional collection when neither of original collections made and also charged for two general waste collections on 24th November when we only have one 1100L general waste bin!! If we could give a zero star rating we would!!!

Excellent service from Brian Oatly at…

Excellent service from Brian Oatly at the Trafford Household waste recycling facility. Due to an injury I was unable to unload my items for recycling. Brian was very helpful and friendly.

very poor service.

very poor service.
rubbish clearance is missed often, when you contact suez although polite they rearrange for a new pick up and fail to do as they say, this is not a one off.
In a school we require our contractors to be consistent and have a level of reliability, I have not been able to empty recycling bins for a week they are over flowing and pose a fire risk,
lets hope you will improve.

We use them on a fortnightly contract…

We use them on a fortnightly contract and I had my car damaged by their operative sent in all the cctv footage, over a week ago and all I have is a bill for the repair to my car and customer service have fobbed me off with we are investigating with no formal apology and no conclusion disgraceful service.looking round for a more professional service.

Cold called - over priced

Cold called. I felt pressure into accepting the call and taking a quote.

Ran through the quote which seemed expensive. Even sent back a previous quote from Biffa and they couldn't get anywhere near the price.

Ignored.

After having an issue with our bins, our complaint was ignored and the case was closed. We would have just appreciated a bit more clarity on the situation.

Excellent customer service in the face of adversity!

I had a lot of trouble initially to gain access to the company's online portal, having previously set up my personal profile. I was contacted many times by Natalie Morse, Customer Relations Officer who forwarded my case to their IT department. After a few attempts, we finally managed to re-set my password so that I now have access! Their persistence paid off.

Previously posted a review and the business replied to say that Customer Services would be in touch to resolve the ongoing issues...…several months have passed. Bins collections are frequently rescheduled (albeit with a proactive email informing us of the rescheduling). Even direct contact with Customer Services to raise issues do not receive a response - we had one bin collection rescheduled 4 times in a week.

Still not resolved my request to cancel the services as I have had no confirmation letter. Just goes to show that the communications with this business are appalling.
