our last collection was on Friday 28th…
our last collection was on Friday 28th november. waste was put out on Monday 1st December and that is where it still is. we have been missed Monday, Wednesday and Friday, despite repeated promises of collection through the week including Saturday 6th. arriving at work this morning i was astounded to still see it there. we have the weekends waste on top which won't go in the seagull proof bags as there is no room.

Poor customer service
Account 89300054. Informed by email that the scheduled collection would not take place.....on the actual day of collection! No replacement collection arranged. Emails requesting more information were ignored and marked "case closed". Still charged for cancelled collection! Poor customer service.

Bin has defective wheel and had not…
Bin has defective wheel and had not been emptied for two weeks. A "report" had been submitted by the chap collecting it but nothing was done.
When i contacted SUEZ i was told i had to wait 1 week for a replacement bin which is unacceptable, but still no resolution.
Still it makes it easier to justify changing our waste handlers.

Give a wide berth to this company - there are much better companies out there
We would not recommend this company at all. Having changed our collection day they then proceeded to tell us almost on a weekly basis that our bin had not been available to collect. Even though the photos they provided to say the bin could not be collected clearly showed the bin there waiting and fully accessible to them.
When complaining we got pushed from one team to another without resolution.
Save yourself the trouble and frustration and choose another waste removal company - it is NOT worth the aggravation.

Customer services email is far too slow to respond.
It took 17 days to respond to a request to increase bin empties. Then missed the 2nd query on my email.

Generally satisfied
We are generally satisfied with the service provided with prompt, regular collections and the ease of putting all recyclables into one bin. It took along time for an issue with our food waste bin to be sorted and the Thursday collection driver is often leaving the padlock unlocked on the gate which presents as a safeguarding issue for a school setting. We have already raised this but it has happened again.
