LFC Online Store WORST STORE EVER 2023
Used a phone, a tablet and 2 computers, windows 10 and mac just to try and buy 20 quids worth of socks from the online store for one of the bigggest football clubs in the WORLD and it is IMPOSSIBLE to pay.

I ordered a retro top for my son for his bday 5 weeks ago. It didn’t come in time for his birthday.
After three weeks I emailed the company and they said the order isn’t there after me having to provide payment proof and email proof they ‘found’ my order. I waited a further week still no order so I emailed again they explained no size was selected. I explained how can I make an order an pay without selecting a size ? They have made no contact after 10 emails, closed their online chat even when it’s on opening times. And even went to the store who wanted to help but didn’t have Gerrard to re create the order !
I have finally gotten through on Facebook and they just ask who said they would sent the top ? I had to once again provide evidence of all my correspondents to once again have no replay ! Lfc online sort it out ! Don’t buy from Lfc online !!!!

I purchased a child’s hoodie for Christmas present and was aware it said third party but when it arrived I was disappointed so I know the child will be there was nothing on the hoodie to say it was from Liverpool fc the label was plain it said just hoodie I’ve ordered before and been happy but this is below standard
Terrible Customer Service
Hard to criticise a club I’ve supported for my who life, but so disappointed and annoyed by their so called customer service team. I ordered a coat in size medium for a Christmas present for my nephew. The coat arrived with medium on the swing tag, but the coat itself is an extra large. It has an extra large tag inside and the coat is massive. I spoke to Chloe on the online chat and had to send photos as proof, before then requesting an exchange as obviously this is not my error. Was told that this would have to be investigated and would receive an email to rectify the situation. Jasmine emailed back the next day, stating that I have to return the coat for a refund due to me not being fully satisfied with the product! It has been mis sold with the wrong size inside, but apparently this is my issue?? I also have to pay £3.99 to send it back when again, this is their error! Shocking “customer service”.

Very disappointed ordered my son a infant XL 23/24 home kit & the shirt is a lot smaller than last years kit & the 23/24 away kit. I cannot send it back as it is personalised. I am now wondering if faulty as it also looks out of shape but Unsure if this is the actual size but nothing they will do about it. Not Been asked to send images or anything just now disappointing he will now be having a kit for his birthday which will be too small.

Ordered several items. Sizing incorrect. Would happily have swapped for a larger size but not happy to pay return costs. I shall return the entire order and not use the store again

Worst store ever. I'm in Mexico and my Landlady ordered two new couches for me. They said they would be delivered immediately. The first week went by with no couches. She then was told for sure they would deliver the couches this past Saturday

Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off. £50+ for a kids jersey, plus an extra £16 to get a players name on it. Then can’t be returned as it has been personalised. P&P costs were shocking also, and when I added an additional item, they were going to charge double as it was coming from another warehouse (I removed it). Didn’t display full charges on final payment screen, had to go back to check. They’ve just asked for a review, but I can’t submit due to the low star rating, it’s just timing out. Just a big disingenuous cash grab.

I ordered a baby grow for my friend back in July. It's now September. The baby arrived before the item was delivered. I bought an item of Amazon instead. After multiple attempts to contact the store they are still telling me that I need to contact them again tomorrow to get a refund. How ridiculous is that?! Any other store would have just refunded the item and not burnt all the good will they had. I'm never shopping with this store again.

Very poor experience from LFC's online store. I have ordered 2 items and received confirmation of the order but after that nothing. No updates, no message to say sorry for the delay or anything to say its available.
Having chased an update, the response was unhelpful and I have no idea where my items are. This is despite having paid for them.
I can only recommend you go in store and avoid the online shop.

I am such a huge Liverpool FC fan and I am essentially begging them to take my money, but the shop portal is the worst I have ever come across. For years I have tried to place orders only to come across issues; doesn't add Stadium Jersey to cart, doesn't add discount code, doesn't apply 10% members discount (despite raising a ticket with Customer Support, who say it's been resolved), fails at processing my credit and debit card details... the list goes on. Just imagine how much money they would make if they fixed their online shop. Not angry, just sad :-(

Worst shopping experience ever. Stay away from the Liverpool FC official online store. I ordered a shirt for my son with our family name on the back. The store misspelled it and refused to exchange it. I noticed the error when I received the order confirmation and sent an email right away to address the issue. The store never returned my email why I had to use the chat function the following day when it opened. I was told by a person named "Michelle", that "there was nothing they could do". I have spent a lot of money during my business with the store but that will end now. I have never felt so cheated and scammed.
What kind of store doesnt offer exchanges! Even when bought by camp kids!
Son was at liverpool camp and went to the Anfield store. He was so excited and bought his friends some shirts. Unfortunately, given he is 13, the sizes of 2 items were off. I contacted there office only to be told they do not offer return or exchanges, unless the items are faulty. What international store doesn't offer that?! Yes, I then read their policy, but it is outrageous. Customer rep said it would be better to buy new items. Never would I do that now! I feel scammed (even if it is written). They know kids at camp are highly likely they would buy gifts...and they know sizes could be off. They don't offer exchanges hoping people would buy different ones instead...which doesn't make sense at all if they were confident in their store and products!
Now my son is devastated he wasted a 100 GBP on things his friends won't be getting...And his two friends are devasted they wouldnt be getting what my son had initially bought them from Anfield itself! You should have seen the smile from ear to ear when they first saw the things. So upset to have to see 3 sad kids! And for what! (and he paid 360 British Pounds from the store out of his money :( My son learned a very expensive and upsetting lesson after he was the happiest with his experience in liverpool :(
