I recently bought again from the Liverpool store (I know, a glutton for punishment) But the who transaction went great!.... That was until my White Liverpool 3rd Jersey started to fall apart because of poor quality stitching on the collar.
I contacted them by email and received a reply from Nicola saying that the jersey would need to be returned for a replacement to be sent. Nicola said she'd organize collection and get straight back to me with the day. It's now 3 days later and I've heard nothing. I sent emails on Wednesday & Thursday, both with no reply!
It's left me feeling stupid for giving the Liverpool store another chance! It's clear that they don't care about the fans! Just milk us for our cash! Awful customer service! Terrible quality that the jersey is so poorly stitched!

Update .. Why does it take a negative review for a response? They're collecting my jersey on Monday 21st October.
Update! Jersey was collected and arrived with them on Tuesday morning. On Wednesday I phoned as there had been no update.
So, after an apology they sent my new jersey out which arrived Saturday.
My frustration is the fact it took them 8 days to collect the jersey in the first place and that I was the one contacting them when they had promised updates.
The online store are a bitter disappointment considering the stature of the club!

I've never had a problem when ordering from the official store. I've got all this seasons tops and they all turned up with in a couple of days. Also brought a tracksuit and a hoodie and trackie bottoms. Both turned up in a couple of days. Nothing was missing. I can't fault it and I am more than happy with all the items I
got. The YNWA Nike hoodie and bottoms is probably the best set I have brought from them. So two items sent together and arrived in 3 days.
Waited a month & a half for a refund
My experience was so bad. I had to return a hoodie due to the wrong fit. I’ve ordered a different size and then proceed with the return. After having to pay for the return myself again and sending the hoodie back I received no refund, help or updates. I was aired for 1 month and 2 weeks before someone actually replied to my email. Instead of a sorry or something the only message I’ve received was “ it was refunded today”. Such a bad experience and now I’m traumatised from purchasing from them.
AWFUL customer service and return
My partner ordered me a hoodie for our anniversary, she ordered in the wrong size by accident, so we ordered again in the correct size and returned the unused hoodie still in packaging.
8 emails. 5 weeks later. We only JUST got a response that actually meant we’d receive the money back for the hoodie we returned, prior to this, it was “well look into it” but never a further response. Finally get the refund, the response we received as an email.
“This is now refunded”
No apology, nothing, not even an hi or thank you. Absolutely awful customer service and return systems
Poor customer service as always.
Two items were missing from my order, not the first time this has happened. I contacted the retail support team who said they'd look into it. The case has now been closed with no resolution. The items weren't in stock at Anfield last week so we ordered online. Living in the midlands and only getting to games a couple of times per year if we're lucky, we're at the mercy of the hopeless online retail partners. Poor service as always from the people running the online store.
Refund time appalling
Purchased the latest shirt for my son. Within a week the champions league badge started to peel off. I emailed customer services who sent me a returns label and advised me I would have to re-order the item. I sent the faulty shirt back, left it a few days and re-ordered a replacement. New shirt arrived then the next day another one arrived. I emailed to ask what was going on. And they have sent another return label, still no explanation why two arrived. Second shirt sent back swiftly as I can't afford two purchase two in that amount of time. Since I first raised my complaint about the first shirt 26 days ago, I still have not received my refund. Today I have been told I have to wait a full 14 days from them receiving the parcel, oh and now a further week for the refund to be received by my bank. I am so disappointed by what I would have hoped would have been a top company to have dealt with, leaving me with the impression they are nothing but thieves. I will not be buying from them again.
Edit, since leaving a poor review of the item on their website, they got in contact within 24 hours. After a few questions they were able to confirm my refund had been processed that day, but could take 7 days to show at my bank.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I ordered a jersey online for my son and it was a bit too small. I wanted to exchange for the next size up and they refused my request stating that it was a "personalized" item, funny because they seemed to have plenty of the same "personalized" M. Salah jerseys for sale at the Liverpool game we just went to. Now I am out over $100 and have no jersey for my son to wear. Customer service was absolutely zero help and could have cared less about the disappointment of a young fan. What a racket they are running over there. I will definitely not be spending any more of my money on anything from Liverpool FC. Such a waste of time and money.

Ordered 4 items for my children, two baby rompers, 1 baby kit and a child’s kit, says delivered, but the photo is clearly from the delivery drivers car, and the front of mine and my neighbours house, no doors open, no where to say where my parcel is either and still cannot locate.

I am just going to add to these reviews as i think the club need to do something about who they use and how they do this. I ordered a few things from the shop. They put them in 2 separate parcels 1 arrived quite quickly then the other got lost by UPS. I try to get in touch through the chat function to be told 4 weeks later that they are going through a claim. It's awful and shouldn't be reflective of the club but to have supporters looking at other outlets to buy their merchandise is a joke because we don't trust getting our products! I mean i want to support the club but if they can't guarantee you getting your items it's embarassing.
Website and app slow and useless
Website and app slow, clunky and completely user unfriendly. Can’t enter membership details so no discount, makes it pointless having a membership. To top it off, the payment screen doesn’t work, so I can’t even pay for the overpriced stuff.
Terrible To Deal With!!
Ordered a shirt with a printed name online. Realised within minutes that I needed a bigger one. Got in touch with them straight away who told me they would rectify it. Shirt arrived and it was the smaller one!! Now they won't do anything to help me. Absolutely awful. I saved for weeks to order this for my disabled grandson. Will never order anything from this store again.
I have emailed them lots of times asking them to get in touch so they can rectify their mistake but they have not responded!!

Ordered my son 2 full kits for his birthday. Received one package with one full kit and just the socks for the other. No invoice/receipt included. Waited a couple more days thinking maybe it would be 2 packages. Nothing. Contacted them via email form and now waiting for them to contact distribution and raise a query with delivery service as says it is all delivered. So now I am missing £100 worth of birthday presents, have an unhappy birthday boy and feel like the customer service team think I'm talking out of my a***.
If you're not delivering, just say so!
I have tried numerous times over the last 3 days to order a Liverpool jersey for my grandson.
I live in Ireland but they seem not to deliver at the moment. However, instead of saying we aren't delivering outside the UK at the moment one has to endure the frustration of going through the whole ordering process only to fail at the last. Then you are told you have not selected a Delivery method. It's a crap experience.

Unpleasant experience
Great stadium atmosphere and history but low quality staff at the official store. No focus on clients just talking to each other they are mocking the history and legacy of the club in the view of traveling overseas fans.

Bought some stuff for christmas. Quality was nice and the packet came a day before (shipped to Denmark), so I'm very pleased.
Poor quality bedding
Poor quality bedding bought for Christmas, even after washing twice it was scratchy and starchy.
I contacted customer service who refused to do anything about it ..We buy so much from them. Very disappointed.
Unhelpful customer service for Christmas present
Bought a pair of slippers, amongst other items, for my Son as a christmas gift. I ordered them in October as the store always sells out of slippers, i know this as I tried to order some last year in November unsuccessfully!
They arrived and I did think they looked small, Size 3-4ordered and he’s only just a 3!
On Christmas Day he tried them on and they don’t fit. His foot was hanging off the back.
So I e-mailed the store on Boxing Day asking if i could exchange. Received a reply today stating they do not offer exchanges and as I ordered in October they wont refund either!! Brilliant Thanks alot so now left with £14 item thats not fit for purpose!! Wonderful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 well done LFC Store. Wont use you ever again.
