I was in contact with customer care yesterday for some advice about my alarm the lady I spoke to ( abbie ) was more than happy to help me she was polite friendly and very helpful she didn't rush me off of the phone and I felt like she really cared.

Was in touch with fire team and found them to be very helpful and efficient. We were very happy with the level of customer service .

Spoke to Ava on customer care about the alarm system at my property, was lovely, professional and very informative. Answered all my questions.

Inherited a faulty system when I purchased the property. The alarm keeps going off whilst unset, in the middle of the night and during the day when I am not at the property. I don't even use the alarm and just want to turn it off. Having spoken to them quoted: £250+vat call out and £120.00+vat per hour labour. So it if going to cost me £444 to deativate an alarm system I do not want and did not install. I would not recommend as running costs of having a system are extemtly high.

I have recently moved into a new property and contacted Spy alarms regarding installing a system for me. Ava was very informative and professional and had great knowledge of products available to me. Would highly recommend.

What made my experience great was the excellent engineer. What made it less great was the fact that he was booked for an afternoon slot (which I noted in my diary), then, on confirmation, of the appointment, he was booked for a morning slot. Come on, Spy Alarms, make up your mind!
Finally, I thought the increase in costs this year was rather excessive.
Conclusion: Could do better.
