First time contacting Spectrum
First time contacting Spectrum about my car warranty, so wasn't sure what to expect.
Caitlin was very helpful taking the time talking through procedures and any concerns I had, even making clear what costings I could incur. Very friendly, and a real pleasure to speak to. I also received updates which definitely put my mind at ease. Perfect customer service! My issue has been sorted and I am very grateful for it. Thanks Caitlin!

Lois at Spectrum has provided a great…
Lois at Spectrum has provided a great amount of support throughout what has been a very stressful process. While the delays weren’t Spectrum’s fault, diagnosing the issue took almost seven weeks, and Lois was extremely helpful from start to finish.
She kept us regularly updated, always communicated clearly, and acted as the main point of contact with the garage, taking care of all the chasing on our behalf, which removed a huge amount of stress. Knowing she was handling everything and keeping us informed made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. She always called to provide updates, rather than us having to phone, sit in a queue, and chase for information ourselves.
We appreciate everything she did to minimise the financial impact on us and the effort she put into achieving the best possible outcome.

The warranty is a joke
The warranty is a joke. They will never cover anything for you.
Please save yourself from disappointment.
I paid almost 2k for the warranty and did not make any claim in two years. In my third year, I made my first claim, and I was told that the parts of my car are at the end of their life. I felt scammed, so don't let them scam you.

Following a review, the repairer confirmed that the components had excessive play and noise consistent with them reaching the end of their working life. The warranty covers sudden and unforeseen mechanical breakdowns and is not intended to cover parts that have gradually worn over time. We appreciate this was not the outcome you hoped for, but the decision was made in line with the diagnostic evidence and the terms of the warranty.

Emily sorted my issue out from start to finish. Evan made my appointment with Norwich garage at motorpoint.my appointment was at 11 am by 3pm I was txt to say my claim was valid.just waiting for a date for repair.Emily is an asset to spectrum.and thanks to Caitlin for letting me know my claim was valid so quickly.5stars to spectrum.

Efficient and courteous service
I have an extended warranty for my vehicle and since it did not pass MOT I called the insurance to have them cover the repair. I was apprehensive that I would be on the phone forever but Emily responded efficiently- she found my details in no time, contacted the garage and sorted it all out for me in half an hour. Though the insurance covered just under 50% of the repair cost, I am satisfied with the efficient service I received from Emily.

I had my initial doubts with Spectrum…
I had my initial doubts with Spectrum after my first claim which they had denied but after speaking to Becky today regarding another claim today, Becky was helpful, had me on hold and made sure that my claim was resolved. Excellent customer service
After initially having a few issues regarding the process, I spoke with a customer advisor called Emily. She was extremely helpful in dealing with the claim, phoning me back exactly when she said she would. The process allowed me to liaise with both the garage and Spectrum with success. I would definitely recommend Spectrum, mainly due to the fantastic customer service I received from Emily.
