Sent a breakdown truck to rescue me without delay and paid for the costs for the repair..very pleased with spectrums warranty cover

I was worried about a delay in getting my car sorted but Lois was very helpful and efficient sorting the problem out and all is good now.

There isn't enough words to use to say what an absolute guardian angel lois is.
We had a massive problem with our Peugeot 3008 car. We only had it 2 years and the cam chain had become stretched, Peugeot wouldn't help at all saying as it wasn't broken and just stretched denied any liability. They actually wanted us to pay over £4000 for us to fix it.
I was so stressed and when I rang spectrum to ask advice, we got the lovely Lois and she put me at ease and everytime she promised to ring she did. This fabulous lady went above and beyond her job, kept me sane(ISH). I honestly couldn't recommend or thank her enough. Hope this gets passed on to her and also this lady needs a promotion

Lois was extremely helpful today under stressful circumstances. She answered all of my questions and advised me what to do next under my warranty.

Being quite anxious due to the nature of my mishap, I could not have been assisted by the polite and confident manner of Lois.

I spoke to a lady called Caitlin today regarding my warranty cover with Spectrum . I can not praise Caitlin enough she was absolutely fantastic. My issue was a little bit complex and she had to deal with me confusing the issues even more !! Caitlin managed to get the issue sorted and completed the claim for me . Excellent service all round

The service I have received from your agents throughout this process has been excellent and stress free which is good as the stress of not having my car for over 10 days has not been good.

Never had any issues with Spectrum refusing to pay like other warranty companies. Straightforward and friendly service. Courtesy call from Lois this morning who put my mind at ease with everything!

Spoke to Lois this morning regarding my car needing repair under warranty and she was fantastic. Easy to talk too and very helpful and supportive.

My car broke down and Caitlin at Spectrum insurance services was excellent in liaising with my garage leaving me nothing to do. She also kept me up to date on my claim making the whole experience effortless.

Spoke to Lois today as I hadn’t heard about booking my car in for a rear tyre sensor which had been authorised 2 weeks ago.
Lois was sincerely apologetic and got onto it straight away by contacting the garage. She explained to me the reason behind it and again couldn’t apologise enough.
