This company treated us very badly. 2 people over 77, left not knowing how to get home, over 130 miles away with a broken down car. No good advice, only jargon which we didn't understand. Very bad, do not use them.

Unbelievable brilliant company...don't expect it these days...polite well mannered, clear communication..on the ball from the start...very helpful paid what they said without hassle...definitely 5 star company

I phoned the northern Ireland office to make a claim the lady was very helpful a talked me through what I had to do and what was needed to make my claim . I then sent every thing I needed to . And the claim went through and received payment one week later

The App was easy to use from booking a garage the whole process took a week from booking to collecting my car. Definitely would recommend this warranty company.

From my first call, i recieved very helpful and grear help in soeting out my claim. First Class Service.

Everything went smoothly,

Autoguard paid £300 of a £400 garage bill - cutting the manhours in half. Despite that, happy that they helped with the cost of the repair.
Everyone I spoke to/emailed were extremely polite and helpful - however, they ONLY communicate with the named person himself and/or respond to the email listed (ie mine - herself). People have partners and share costs/bills despite not actually being married ... perhaps Autoguard should start to realise that. Men are not always the organisers in a relationship nor IT literate.

Excellent communication and payed the garage straight away.

Only received part of the total cost have to pay for diagnostic they got ya there as it has to be a vat regetstad garage so prices are exstaushnaust only py a % my total price was £430 I got £249 back ??

Excellent service. No issues with authorising the repair. And an Excellent job by the garage Dacks of Lincoln top draw by both parties.

I was not able to make a claim, and this is really unfair. Before, I used to benefit from the campaign without any problems, but the current campaign staff are rude and disrespectful in the way they speak. Bad company don’t trust this company pls

Had to use our autoguard warranty for an unexpected costly repair to our car which we had not had long, was slightly worried about the repair been covered but autoguard were excellent from start to finish, prompt authorisation for repairs and prompt payment at the end of the process, even the garage guy said they where excellent.
Will definitly be renewing our cover with them.

They took a significant amount of stress out of my hands with one call. The second call was from the garage to collect the car ready repaired.
