I was very pleased with the service today
I was very pleased with the service from Spectrum. I had confirmation of the repair being approved much more quickly than I had expected. The adviser was Emily - she gave me very clear details of the garage's analysis, and answered my questions. Emily also explicitly said what the cost of repair was, and that we definitely did not have to pay anything as it was all covered by Spectrum. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service received.

Initial engagement
Initially I found it very difficult to get hold of someone. I used the callback option and never received a call, so had to call twice more.
When I eventually got a call back, I spoke to Lois who was absolutely brilliant. She was really helpful, very supportive and took the time to talk me through the process and explain exactly what I needed to do!!

Emily was extremely helpful
Emily was extremely helpful, tried her best for me even though the battery isn’t covered by the warranty.
It looks like the message that came up on my dashboard was a false reading. Will get this investigated and will need to contact Spectrum again. Hope everybody there is just as helpful as her.

Amazing experience
Emily was amazing. I was very emotional and she was supportive, helpful and calm throughout. I thought the process would be difficult and bureaucratic but she talked me through everything and all I had to do was wait for her phone call to tell me it was all sorted. Peugeot engine fault repaired under warranty
I had an engine fault in my Peugeot and it is still under Spectrum warranty that I got from Car Giant. I called them and straight away they got me info on choice 3 approved garages I can call to book in a diagnostics. Once that was done, Spectrum authorised the repairs and even got info from garage about part delivery and when repairs would be done. I am quite pleased with the outcome and service provided. The lady on the phone was very courteous and helpful.
