We were able to go by the showroom & size up the bikes before ordering, everyone we dealt with was very friendly & knowledgeable. The bike itself is fantastic, so much lighter than other bikes & we can see our son is having a much easier time pedalling his new (bigger) bike!

I called to ask a question about sizing and was given a promo code being a local. My son loves his new 22" Yama Jama! He is a tiny 8 year old so it is great to have this option for him while between sizes. He has had spawns before but this was our first new purchase and we are so impressed by the attention to detail on the bike. Best kids bikes hands down!

I telephoned them directly and discussed the Spawn bike I was interested in buying, as a Christmas present for my grandson.
Everyone I talked to was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
I called back later to confirm my bike order and the person on the phone was so helpful.
They even offered to deliver the bike to my son's house doorstep for free.
We will certainly be getting another bike from these folks, as my grandson grows and will need a larger bike.

Fantastic bikes! Very well made and very light compared to standard kids bikes, which helped learning a lot! Our oldest was pedal biking just weeks before he turned 3!! (with no training wheels!) Starting him on a balance bike was the first big step, and his 14" Spawn Yoji was the perfect size to move up from there.

Since then, we've had to reach out for some parts, and customer service has been fantastic. Very quick and responsive. Thanks again Elena!
