where do i start...
bike arrived, on sale elsehwere for $500 cheaper.
I contacted support for a week, emails, calls, insta DM's - no response.
This was time senstiive and i still have no resolution... at this point, i'm just looking to return bike and buy from elsewhere.. cant comment on the bike itself but the customer service has been the worst i've experienced from a consumer brand.

The bottom bracket that was included was junk, very disappointing. Considering it was going into a spawn kotori that already had brood cranks, you'd think it would have sat perfectly. But it didn't and it didn't spin well either. Thankfully the old one worked fine, but it's disappointing to not be able to use the new parts you just paid decent money for.

Great family owned company. No better source for kids bikes and parts. Fast shipping and everything was perfect.

Not good putting together for Christmas present and I’m missing the clamp for the seat.

Quick service, helpful emails, good advice

It took days to get a response by email and no one answers the phone. My order was shipped several days after the the shipping timeframe on the website. I sent another email and it’s been several days and I’ve yet to receive a response. Horrible service for a premium priced product.

5 days after ordering and the product hadn’t shipped. No movement showing in the FedEx tracker until I inquired via email.

I’m trying to be patient because I do know mistakes happen and that obviously no one is perfect. I ordered this bike a few weeks as a gift for my daughter’s birthday and I have still yet to receive it. I addressed my concern via email about a week after to see how to track the shipping because I had no details. I then never heard back so I decided to call and see what was going on only to find out that something went wrong with the order number and it hadn’t even shipped. The customer service agent was super friendly and very apologetic which was a huge plus but I received an email today stating it would be here by the end of today and it never came. My daughter asks me everyday when her bike is going to arrive and since the tracking number said it was going to be delivered today I got her hopes up and let her know it would be here by the end of the day only to let her down again. At this point I’m just hoping the bike comes this week and that she will love it!

We love spawn cycles and have purchased 3 bikes so far ranging from the yama jama to the rokk. The customer service however is lagging. The bike we most recently purchased we quickly decided we wanted to upgrade to a larger size and sent an email to request cancellation within 5 min of ordering. Took about a week to hear back from spawn and by then it was too late to change anything unless we wanted to spend another $70 in shipping. I completely understand the ordering mistake is 100% ours but most other companies are able to respond much faster and rectify the situation. The fact that they are impossible to get a hold of is a bit frustrating considering their bikes can cost thousands of dollars. Like I said, we love their bikes, we just wish the company was a little easier to get a hold of and had quicker response times, especially considering the amount of money you're spending on their products.

Quality gear that arrives fast and that's easy to set up.

Easy ordering process and my bike was delivered in like 3 days. Assembly is straight forward and got it up and going in about 2 hours with unpacking . Will need to swap to tubeless and dropper post and it will be ready for the trails. Great price for the parts spec it includes. My son will love his new bike.

Spawn really has it dialed in with kids bikes. That being said I am disappointed in the quality of the "little things". It was obvious that the build was done "quickly" and I had to re-route a number of the cables..... Some of the "cable slots" were unused / skipped. In addition, the shifting is terrible to the point where I will be measuring the derailleur this evening to confirm whether it is bent or not. Anyone doing a quick check should have caught the shifting. In addition, the valve stem caps were missing - not a big deal but why not install cool ones like Yeti Cycle does?

My previous order did not have cable clamps on the shifter and/or brake cables. The shifting was also off. I thought it was a one off..... unfortunately not.
