Ordered a Yoji 16 and a Yama Jama 22 that we had been saving up for! Both bikes came in pristine condition and arrived very fast. There was a manufacturer's issue with the rear brake (not Spawn's fault) on the Yama Jama, and within 24 hours we had the bike fixed at a local repair shop and Spawn covered the costs; no questions asked.

Customer service was extremely helpful. When we couldn’t order the color we wanted, they called and made sure we got what we needed. As a result, we have a super happy 3 year-old.

The bike is wonderful. Easy to assemble and maintain. The frame is lightweight and the brakes work well. Overall a great investment.

It’s been hard to contact anyone, I don’t think your support email works or is monitored. I ordered my kid bike, and it still has yet to ship. I was hoping it would have shipped within a week, especially since it was in stock

The bike looks great, but it was difficult to get it running smoothly, even for an experienced bike mechanic. Despite several caliper alignment attempts, I could not prevent brake rub. I finally put some shims between the frame and caliper mount to move the pads on one side far enough away from the rotor, and that worked. The limit screws on the rear derailleur needed some adjusting, and the front wheel is out of alignment. I don’t have a truing stand, so will have to take it to the shop. My kid loves his new bike though.

My little guy couldn’t be happier, and the speed that you guys got it to us was incredible. Super easy build, wicked bike, happy all around! Will be buying more for sure!

They listed a bike for sale, and allowed me to check out thinking the bike was in stock. Then they canceled my order and sent me a short email saying that they are sold out and my order is refunded. They didn't even attempt to offer any help getting a bike for my daughter. The product is great, but they could provide better service.

My lil guy loves his new bike. Gears are a game changer and the fact that everything is sized down to fit his little body is just amazing. He will be able to progress and have so much fun on this bike.

I have 3 growing boys from 7-17 in mtb and bmx. We have almost 20 bikes between us from novara, norco, revel, specialized, GT, cannondale and 2 are Spawns. Spawn Bicycles are bad to the bone. Great, capable, cool bikes for kids from just learning to just ripping!

Bike arrived with no noticeable damage to the box, but has paint chips already on the frame near the rear wheel.

Had the bike in stock and it arrived at my house within like 3 days from the time of order! The bike is very overbuilt which is great, my kiddo is never going to break it!

We are so disappointed in Spawn. Before purchasing a bike from them online, I sent Spawn an email to clarify the bike specs. Never heard back. We took the chance and purchased the Yoji 14 via their European supplier. The supplier shipped an outdated model, and which had wrong specs listed itself. It didn't fit our kid and was heavier than advertised. More calls, emails, DM to Spawn - no response ever came. We're stuck with a very expensive bike, a sad kid, and total disappointment with what seemed like a promising company.
