Great Staff

Easy purchase, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Set up my new skis right away so I didn’t have to make another trip in from the valley. I will be back!

Such helpful staff

Such helpful staff. I don't know his name but the guy at the till who did the paperwork to get my skis mounted was great. He also adjusted the bindings on my other skis since I had gotten new boots. Really great service, gained a customer.

Prompt service, good communication, honest pricing.

I received good in store and phone product information and advice. When I purchased the Look Pivot 15 online, the product was shipped in a timely fashion and there was good communication informing me of the shipping progress. When I discovered that the price had dropped shortly after my purchase the new sale price was honored and I was reimbursed the difference. I’m very happy with my experience.

Easy order on-line

Easy order on-line. I did in-store delivery. They relocated the delivery from one store to a store that is closer to where I reside which was a nice surprise and far more convenient.
