Ausgezeichneter Service und ein tolles Produkt. Ich habe eine E-Mail mit ein paar Fragen zu maßgefertigten Vorhängen geschickt, und mir wurde sehr freundlich weitergeholfen, sodass ich anschließend bestellt habe. Etwa zwei Wochen später kamen die Vorhänge an, und sie dämpfen den Lärm wirklich gut.

Après réclamation, je dois reconnaître que leur service clients a été très réactif, ce qui est fort appréciable. Petit bémol : j'aurais aimé savoir que les rideaux étaient fabriqués et envoyés depuis la Chine. Information qui n'apparaît pas sur le site. Quant à l'efficacité du rideau, je ne l'ai pas encore testé mais il est de bonne qualité et je n'ai pas reçu de dédommagement comme proposé suite à mon premier avis sur trustpilot et proposé par eux

De gordijnen die ik heb ontvangen waren prachtig en precies zoals ik wilde. Ik had moeite om ergens anders betaalbare geluidswerende gordijnen te vinden, en deze zijn perfect. Bedankt!

Tout a été top du début à la fin. Les rideaux sont bien finis et mes dimensions ont été respectées au centimètre près. Ils font un joli travail pour réduire les bruits de la rue et en plus bloquent toute la lumière. A recommander

The curtains are nice looking, blackout and well made. But they do not reduce sound.

Don't waste your money. Poor quality, no sound reduction and not blackout as light still comes through in the morning. One curtain is not level. Poor customer service, never answer the phone and slow to respond to emails. Couldn't be much more disapointed with them.

There were some communication issues at the beginning, but they were very responsive after I reached out. We now have the curtain and it is better than I was hoping for! High quality, excellent craftsmanship and it makes a huge difference for sound transfer. I would highly recommend both the company and the product!

The prices on their website are displayed in AUD, but once you proceed to checkout, the currency switches to USD which suddenly makes it 1.5x times more expensive. No tracking link was provided (how is this still possible in 2026?) although they were shipped from overseas in 2 weeks, which is fairly fast.

I ordered curtains that are supposed to cover 3 meters of windows... in fact, they cover 6 meters in total. They're so bulky so they don't fold nicely once fitted, they're so heavy (26kg) that the provided cheap metal hooks break as they cannot sustain the load. I had to replace them all with heavy duty stainless steel hooks. The hooks design itself is bad, which makes it super hard to put on the curtain rail and creates folds in the curtain in the process.

They promote a thickness of 1cm - mine are 0.2cm. They promote a noise reduction of 21db, however, I tested thoroughly and the noise reduction is 2.1 db only!

Overall I would not recommend to order curtains there.

My curtains arrived 2 days earlier than promised. The communication and customer service were efficient and kept me in the loop r.e
the dispatch of the curtains and eta.

They do a very good job of blocking light and better still they make a loud towncentre flat with old bay windows much more peaceful, they also help to treat the room acoustically which adds to the effect.

Teleurstelling, na lang wachten en mailen kwam het gordijn eindelijk binnen. Het gordijn is prima. Maar ik wacht nu al sinds 20 jan op mijn factuur (ik heb het gekocht voor in mijn winkel). Ik heb er inmiddels 4 mails achteraan gestuurd. Ze hebben 1 keer zelfs terug gemaild dat ze hem binnenkort toesturen. De mail wordt dus wel gelezen maar er wordt niet op gereageerd. Wat als ik een klacht zou hebben rondom het gordijn? Dan is contact dus onmogelijk. Super jammer….

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von den vier schalldämmenden Vorhängen, die ich gekauft habe. Sie sehen großartig aus und helfen sowohl gegen Lärm als auch gegen Licht. Der Kundenservice war ebenfalls hervorragend.

Geluidsisolerende gordijnen zijn precies zoals ze worden beschreven. Ook de klantenservice is uitstekend.
