In response to your comment, we would like to clarify that our customer service team informed you on November 4, 2024, about the out-of-stock status of the product you originally purchased. We received your response on the same day, and you selected an alternative product for replacement.

As per our previous communication, we confirmed the product and quantity you chose. Additionally, the options we offered were priced slightly higher than the original product as a gesture of goodwill for the substitution.

In response to your complaint, we have been in this industry for more than 20 years and so the trust of our customers is strong.

All our merchandise is from official distributors. But, you must keep in mind that the products throughout their production process, are handmade, so from the rolling of the leaves to the cutting of the labels and rings, it may not be 100% accurate every time.

The quality of them can be verified when you smoke them and check the unique characteristics of each cigar.
