Staff helpful and knowledgeable but left us time to look around without feeling under pressure

We had a really good experience at Sofology North Shields. We normally hate shopping for big purchases as you get mobbed as soon as you walk through the door, but we felt comfortable browsing without any pressure.

Stephanie was especially helpful throughout. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions clearly. She gave useful advice and helped us feel confident in our choice without being pushy.

Overall, a smooth and straightforward experience. Thanks again to Stephanie for her help, it was much appreciated!

Following an extensive search to find our ideal sofa, we visited Sofology at Silverlink and were expertly assisted by Leanne to help us find what we were looking for. Excellent service from Jo at the silver link branch

Leanne was so helpful and reassuring when we visited the silverlink branch. We brought our toddler with us who started to become a bit wingey and Leanne was so helpful she gave her a colouring book and let her carry round one of the soft sausage dog toys, really impressed with the service we had!

This will have been our 3rd sofology sofa, always great quality and great customer service.

Helpful staff but not pushy. We were given time to browse the store but when we had questions there was someone available to answer them. As we were purchasing a sofa bed Steph very helpfully moved the different seat cushion options onto a sofa bed frame so we could get a true idea of how they would feel to sit on.

Really positive friendly staff,I was looking for new sofa due to bad back so she gave me advice on which one would be better for me .Libby was the lady who helped me nothing was to much trouble. No hard sell to buy at all lots of honest helpful information to help me choose the right sofa for me .

We were given the time to work out which sofa & chairs were the ideal choice for us. Karen was very helpful advising different functions and fabrics available and let us have sample so we could see if it would suit our other furniture. Jo explained all the guarantees, additional cover available and delivery information. Really friendly and made the process so simple.

I had been looking at the Bellagio for a while, every visit to the store was very useful. Leanne really helped me with all the available options, she offered to draw my room and the layout with a whiteboard which really helped me visualise my room.
Nothing was overly pressurised sales which was nice.

We had a good idea of what we were looking to try/purchase before we arrived at the store.

We were greeted by Stephanie so from the moment we entered the building we were made to feel welcome.
Stephanie showed us where the sofa we were interested in. All options were discussed before purchase plus some really helpful advice and information on maintenace and care of the sofa.
Wonderful … excellent knowledgeable helpful caring amazing customer care from Stephanie.
