Mark was extremely helpful and patient with us, allowing us to go home, measure and come back a few days later, ensuring we got the correct sofa.
Went through the process clearly so we understood what would happen next.

The lady approached us very chatty let us wander around without following us she then noticed us looking at a sofa came across and had a chat but then let us carry on looking we decided on one and waited for her as she was lovely
She went through everything g with us in detail asking if we understood everything and the process was very smooth

Suzy was very professional amd knowledgable and dealt with mh purchase superbly.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the amount of fabulous sofas to choose from and how well the showroom is set up . Susie our sofologist was super friendly ,informative and helpful ,she gave us all the advice we needed when purchasing our beautiful sofa and can't wait to see it in my living room. I would highly recommend sofology if your looking for a well made and beautifuly designed sofa.

The lady that helped me with my sofa and chair, was very helpful and professional. Explaining the different fabrics and colors which I could have them in, also delivery of 7 week that I thought was very reasonable would highly recommend using Sofology

Very helpful and knowledgeable lady that helped with our purchase. Visited the store a couple of times and Stef Bowie was extremely helpful. Very friendly and made our experience so much easier.

Traveled to the Silverlink branch where we were greeted by Liby the sales girl who was very professional. We had an idea of which sofa we wanted. We tried it out and decided that's the one we would buy, but we forgot to bring our fabric to make sure the colour was ok. So we will call back on Monday. No problem she said, I have all the details we need to complete your order. We went back on the Monday and was greeted again by Liby with a lovely smile. We completed the order. This girl deserves a bonus 👏.

Had visited store previously. Staff happy to help and very knowledgable and helpful with good advice also happy to let you browse without hard sell.

The service here was second to none. We had looked in other similar stores and felt pressured but at sofaology we felt supported, no pressure to buy but the staff were so knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect combination for us. Would recommend to everyone
