I ordered a sofa and the deposit was…
I ordered a sofa and the deposit was taken immediately from my account. I then had to chase up any form of confirmation in writing for my order, from Sofology. I then called the customer phone number and was told the order had gone through and my sofa would be delivered in 5 1/2 months time!!!!! I was told in store it would be up to 8 weeks for delivery! I am now awaiting a call back to confirm what the date actually will be - not ok!

He answered all my questions, very professional throughout, Ashley made me feel comfortable, offering refreshments, friendly and very approachable. He is an asset to the company, outstanding customer service and knowledge. I would definitely recommend Sofology and Ashley for excellent customer service.

Great experience at Sofology. Member of staff was clear with answering my questions about the sofas I wanted to buy.
The process of ordering was easy and quick.
Now to wait 10-11 weeks for my order to arrive.

great customer service
The customer service received was exceptional.
the assistant had a great knowledge of the products and was able to give us some great advice on different products and fabric finishes.
No pressure was applied to buy we left the shop and returned the next day to place an order.
the service so far has been great.

Have I made a big mistake choosing Sofology?…
I had a great in-store experience at Wednesbury. But looking at the terrible reviews about post-sale customer service, delivery and product quality, I am seriously regretting my decision to buy from Sofology. I can't back out now apparently. So all I can do is wait for delivery and hope for the best. Feeling very deflated.
