PATHETIC and SHEER INCOMPITANT

DON't buy SOFA or anything from them. I ordered a Regency 3 seater on 23 Sep from Coventry Store with a promise to have this delivered before Christmas. Had to followup constantly as the online portal is SH!T.

Been over 4 months (123 days) and still waiting for this. They managed to send a WRONG color sofa after much chaser and took it back after realizing that mess up.

Not only they caused major stress but continued to use full payment taken from me (interest free) for 4 months. At last they admitted the mess and offered refund or option to re-book the sofa and reset the counter for another 12 weeks (no guaranteed delivery date).

Don't know how this company is still in business. Wasted 4 months and had huge disappointment.

Sofology - If you are reading this, refer your internal request number for whole context(1737648) and DON't ask me to send email anywhere. Rather prove to the online community that you deserve to be in business you claim to be best in.

Mariola was very helpful to help us perfect sofa for us. She advices and give different ideas before we made final choice.

It was very good the lady was so nice her name is Dorinda.

Good customer services on the phone and instore

Extremely helpful staff in both stores we went into. Wendy from the Coventry store went above and beyond moving furniture around so we had a full picture. Explained everything in detail was friendly and approachable and is why we returned to her for our sale.

Very helpful advice given by Mariola at the Alvis Coventry store. She took time to demonstrate and was kind and helpful. Very efficient service and good prices, without hassle and stress.

Good range of sofas. Great service by Wendy. No pressurised overselling but there to answer questions when needed. Overall enjoyable experience.

Purchased two sofas today from the Coventry branch. Very pleased with the personal service given by the sales person. Pleased either way our choice.

Was greeted by Wendy who was friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all. Left us to talk about the sofa and said go and look round see if there’s anything else you like. Completed all the forms with no problems. Very happy.

We really liked the sofas we were buying and hoping to get them in 11 weeks. Will update my comment on delivery then ;)

We purchased a 4 seater sofa and chair from this company after 12 weeks the springs in the seats started to leave a mark an the cushions
We contacted the shop in Coventry who said “ We can’t do anything contact head office “
We did they sent out an engineer who said wear and tear
After 12 weeks
They refused to budge on this or offer any help
We now have put a thin duvet underneath so springs only mark that
Now one seat cushion has gone one side
Absolutely appalling service
Do not use this company

Knowledgeable, helpful staff, answered questions but didn’t follow me around hounding me.

Dorinda greeted us when we came into the shop, was very welcoming and helpful throughout our shopping experience. She provided us with all the information that we needed to make an informed decision on which sofa to buy without pressurising us. Excellent service overall 👏 👌.
