Wrong information …
We did feel we were given the wrong information of the sizes of the sofa we were buying. Then when we questioned it we were told it was a lot smaller. We have had to pay five hundred pounds more to get a larger one now.

Somewhere along the line they had the wrong house number. This seem to complicate things to no be able to deliver on said date. It wasn't easy to be able to pay the balance I was sent to different departments.The lady in the store was extremely helpful 10/10 for her

The young brunette girl was great, knowledgeable and very patient and friendly, yet professional. She deserves a promotion or a pay raise at least!
She knows her job well and obviously enjoys it too. I would’ve bought from a rival company if she hadn’t been so friendly and knowledgeable, I just wish I could remember her name but it begins with L and she works at the Cheltenham branch. Now if you could swiftly make and deliver my 2 sofas then I’d give 10 stars if I could! Thank you very much!

Good customer service
Really good customer service in the shop. All done and dusted properly and concisely. No sales pitch etc. Sofa being delivered on Sunday and I can’t wait!! 😀

Came to get sofa but got the whole bundle !
Sofology was the last store we visited today. We were served by a very helpful gentleman called James that showed all options available that met our criteria. He was extremely kind , knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. Finally, he showed us last option for corner sofa bed which was a perfect match for our family of 4! We absolutely loved sofa and the finishing so much so we went with the whole bundle incl foot stool and recliner chair for a hubby 🙈 his manager Tim was also extremely helpful and made us a great deal on the bundle, which we appreciated 👌 thank you Sofology team - we can't wait to have all set to be delivered and so we can enjoy and chill with our little family ! Another happy customer here 👏👏👏
