When purchasing a sofa the form on the tablet was not user friendly with this i have had multiple hard searches done.

Then a mess around with address it took a week to resolve and delayed my order.

I can't access the v12 portal so I can't see the finance agreement online to see what date it will leave my bank.

Very disappointed with our experience with Sofology.

We ordered a sofa and unfortunately the cushion was missing when it arrived, which meant we had to wait another 10 weeks to receive it. We had also specifically requested sofa glides, but this was completely forgotten.

To make matters worse, the sofa itself has a visible crease at the edge where it doesn’t sit flush, which is disappointing for a new sofa and raises concerns about the quality and finish.

Overall, the whole experience has been frustrating, especially considering the amount we paid and the long wait. We expected much better quality and customer service from Sofology. We are now having to spend more time contacting them to get these issues resolved.

I hope Sofology takes responsibility and offers a fair solution and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Good customer support

Attended Cheltenham branch looking for a sofa. We were after a specific size of sofa and design. We had attended numerous other competitor outlets to find something we liked. Each time they either got measurements wrong to what was on their website or couldn’t give me an Answer on designs so would try and redirect us to ones we had already said we didn’t like.

We walked into sofology Cheltenham and were immediately greeted by a young lady (didn’t catch name) who was able to reel off the top of her head all measurements design options and colours, didn’t look once at a tablet for the information. I also had two young children who she engaged with well and let them sit on the sofas! based on our predicament with size she suggested a certain design which unfortunately my partner fell in love with immediately. We asked a few obscure questions (around the motor used for the extending recliner bit) that she didn’t know the answer to so nipped off and came back with an answer quickly. Then there was a bit of an issue with my card for the deposit at first, she was so polite and respectful about it and managed to sort it ridiculously quickly!

So yeah….we settled on a sofa twice as expensive as our budget but ten times more than what we thought we would find so fair play I was impressed!!

Toby was most helpful in really listening to my needs and suggested something I had never considered but worked perfectly in the space. Not overly pushy to get the sale, just being helpful and providing knowledgeable answers.
Yes it isn't the cheapest, but equally have not found the same flexibility from similar online suppliers.
