We were pressured to place an order by…
We were pressured to place an order by Raza for a sode to be able to guarantee a delivery date before Xmas. We later checked on the app which stated delivery date of end of January 2026. We raised this issue in several occasion and week later we still don’t have a response from sofology.

My experience in Sofology Brent Cross was fantastic and it was all down to Jimmy! He was so helpful and so patient and we ended up leaving with a sofa that we absolutely love. Never felt like a salesman, it was more like buying from a friend. I'll definitely be back!

Great customer service
Great customer service, felt like we were talking to an old friend rather than a salesperson. Looked at a bunch of different sofas and he helped us decide on the best one for us, considering space, colour and other important factors.
