Reasonable price and delivered on time
Reasonable (by which i mean the cheapest Sonos i could find on Google) price and delivered on time, cant really ask for much more. My only gripe is that i ordered them and then the very next day, they dropped the price by £20ea. Bit annoying frankly. Just bought a 65" tv off them too.

Great Experience

A great company, I’m very happy with them
I found SmartHomeSounds while doing research on my TV purchase, they had videos explaining the different offerings available, their various strong points and weaknesses, they also had a chat option that put you in touch with a person, not a bot, so you could ask for opinions and actually get them. When it came time to purchase, their pricing was very competitive. I also got a chance to speak to their phone help team as the financing link wasn’t working for me. They were very polite and friendly and advised they would get a tech on it and call me back when the financing link wasn’t working again. They called back a short while later to let me know it was back up. In all my interactions the experience I had was excellent. Their staff are knowledgeable and helpful friendly and polite. They will be my go to shop for my A/V purchases from now on. They excelled at all the things I value most.

The ordering was so easy from your website and I could not believe how quickly I received my items it was amazing!
I received my items the next day and on the day of ordering I got an email shortly after to say it was with the courier .
I have brought this for my husband for Christmas so I have not tried it out yet .

I ordered a new turntable 10 minutes before the 4pm cutoff on the Thursday and it was with me by 9:16am the next day. Amazing service, happy with the price I paid and a voucher for vinyl thrown into the deal so I had something new to play on my deck once I had it all setup. Cannot fault the team at Smart Home Sounds
