Walked into the store to a very welcome greeting and superbly knowledgeable staff. Rakesh took me through the Sonos range and guided me to buy the correct products for my needs and budget. Wonderful show room with lots to look at and they even let my son have a go on the racing simulator which he loved. Highly recommended and a pleasure to do business with. I’d much rather support a local business than buy online and the sale they had on gave me a better price than any online purchase.

I'd looked into adding to my Sonos setup and this option gave me the flexibility to make it more versatile. With the option of Bluetooth, a line-in and voice control, the ERA 100 is a perfect compliment to my older Play 1's. Following making that decision, my next one was to choose where to purchase from. Smart Home Sounds were very competitive in their pricing, highly rated all over the net and delivered within one day.

After taking 3 days off work for arranged deliveries I still don’t have the TV I ordered. Incompetence at its best

Great price with introduction offer making it even better ordered on a Saturday afternoon after the next day delivery time but still received on the Sunday (next day). I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

Excellent advice regarding sound system enquiry through their online chat system and next day shipping. I had an issue with my DPD delivery so emailed them and they resolved immediately putting my mind at rest. Customer Service is ultimate for me so I won't shop anywhere else from now on, new TV required new year won't hesitate to use this business again.
