I purchased Sonos Ace headphones. The price was more competitive than Sonos direct or some other retailers. I was kept up to date the whole time, and delivery was quick considering the time of year. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Smart Home Sounds.

Purchased a Audio-Technica AT-LP60XUSB & Edifier R1280DB on the 15th Dec 25 arrived next day 16th with communication throughout the shipping process.
The audio equipment it self is top quality, with a sound which brings out the best in my vinyl

I purchased a stereo for a Christmas gift, it was surprised and very happy it arrive the next day.
It was package well, so no bumps or damage.

My husband was over the moon, the quality is really great. Our only problem is we need to buy something small part as it echoed back.
I am unsure if this is due to the speakers or the stereo.

I was trying to purchase a Samsung TV quickly at a good price! I tried 4 other retailers who either couldn’t deliver on time and on the day I would be available for delivery, or would put their prices up every time I checked my “basket”. I found Smart Sounds placed an order on 7th Jan and it was delivered this morning 9th Jan at 10 am!!! I was kept informed with phone calls to (text message tracking etc )update me and spoke to a human!!! So helpful and delivered a great service !! Highly recommend.

I bought a set of Sonos Ace headphones for an incredible competitive price . They were bought to complement my existing Sonos set up as well as to be used on the move . When they arrived I noted a slight issue with the in the box Sonos supplied connection cable that didn't seem to fit snugly from phone to headphones . One phone call and a couple of Emails later my issue was sorted . Thank you to Tom who was so so helpful in getting a new cable to me within 24 hours of contact. SHS in my opinion offer the best prices, the best support and the best staff attitude to after sales that is available in a very crowded and competitive market . I urge everyone before buying any Sonos product to view their YouTube channel Warts and all reviews on there help so much in making an informed decision before purchase.Thank you to all the customer facing staff for all you do. Excellent all round service.
Ordered a Sonos speaker, cheaper than Curry’s, John Lewis etc and it arrived the next day via DPD.
I needed to return an adapter, received the returns instructions and label almost immediately.

Thanks to stock control issues at Peter Tyson i stumbled on Smart Home Sounds via a Google search. I am very happy that i did. Instead of the Sonos Beam that i had set out to buy from 'the others', i now have an Arc Ultra and Sub 4. A seamless buyer experience and all at a great price. Highly recommended. Found about this great company in the last few weeks reaserching buying a new turntable and speakers for the first time and once I watched there very informative videos on YouTube I knew i found the right people there website is really good and seamless to use fantastic brands great prices and super fast delivery and when I messaged them about the choices I made they messaged back within the hr you can't beat that for service which I'm a great fan of and I have bought twice in the last 10 days and will definitely use again real soon 😀
