After selling my Sonos port I needed a new speaker for my lounge and one for my dining room. I had already identified the Sonos Era 100 and Sonos Roam 2 as my solution. Whilst waiting for the sale to go through the offers on both I seen on various websites had ended and both were showing full price almost everywhere. I found the best offer on a rival website but made contact via Smarthomesounds price match promise and they did indeed price match plus I got free Sunday delivery as they arrived the next day. Will definitely consider using again next time I need something they sell.

After a great phone call with Tom, I ordered a blue tooth record deck and blue tooth speakers from Smart Homes Sounds. It was delivered within 24 hours and soon set up. I am so pleased I followed Toms advice and the prices from this company. Definitely will buy any future hi fi equipment from them.

Bought some Audio-Technica earphones in August 2025 which developed a fault in January 2026 - no sound from the right earphone. Contacted their customer service to discuss repairing/replacing under warranty and after a couple of messages back and forth they arranged for the product to be returned. Received an update a week after the return to confirm they'd been passed to Audio-Technica for testing and that the fault had been confirmed. Replacement received direct from Audio-Technica approximately a week after. Could not fault the customer service representatives or the service they provided. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great prices around Black Friday but even better support. I had an issue with a soundbar I ordered which appeared within around a month of ordering and it was replaced with absolutely no qualms.

Phone support is great, and Amelia in their Customer team was a massive help over email too.

All I can say is that the service and customer experience is great. We wanted to get back into vinyls but after such a long time we weren’t really sure what we needed or who to buy from. Although we’re from West Yorkshire we visited their showroom in Cheltenham. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
