Worst Customer Service ever.

Ordered, Delays- contacted them & told supply issues, delayed again, then was sent to wrong address even after informing them the new address before dispatch, left there in the open, nobody at location for next few months. Contacted customer services for 4th Time (of a total of 12 emails, their contact page & Facebook), but once I told them they were responsible for sending to wrong address & either send a new order to me now or Refund Me, they then no longer replied at all except to send me 2 'How did we do' emails. I did respond to say how bad they are.
Now no coffee no mug, no cash, no refund. Feel like I've been scammed.
DO NOT BUY FROM SKULLCRUSHER COFFEE, THEY ARE SO BAD AT EVERYTHING I'VE ENCOUNTERED WITH THEM.
BUYER BEWARE!!!
0 STARS. JUST CON ARTISTS IN MY OPINION.

Coffee OK but customer service STINKS.....

The first order (subscription) was great, I got the item I ordered in a timely manner with the free mug as stated.

The second order came in OK, and again I got a differnt mug, (which I was not expecting), but it appears you get a mug each month when a subscriber.

I decided to up my subscription to a more expensive product, and chose my free mug.

The coffee arrived but no mug?

I emailed asking abut this and explaining that my subscription was now more expensive havung upgraded and I was disappointed that the free mug was not there.

I got a reply 2 days later appologising and saying they would send out another cup asap.

2 weeks later and several attempts to contact them via email I get a message stating "as a subscriber you are entitled to a new cup ONLY when a new design is released", " if you want a new mug please order one from the online store."

so I got a mug in the first lot, I got a differnt mug in the second lot, and then when I upgraded to a product twice the price and chose the mug design I wanted, I get told I'm not entitled?

Coffee is OK, (not brilliant) and I would have been happy to keep paying my subscription, however after havibg to chase my missing items, then being told a replacement would be sent, then being ignored for two weeks, and then finally being told I'm not getting one, means I have no choice but to leave, I will not be treated like this.

customer service went quiet after asking for a refund

ordered coffee for my brothers birthday got locked into a subscription service first order went fine 2nd order got billed on the 26th of august its now the 8th of september coffee has not been shipped and i asked for a refund and had to confirm twice i wanted a refund on my order once confirmed the customer service team went quiet and stopped responding i want my money back as i did not get the coffee and at this point i dont want it anymore im done with this company! plus the reason they said they did not ship my order was because they were missing a ingredient for a item i did not even order what a poor excuse from a sham company

No issues at all

No issues at all. I was initially scared after placing the order. However, I forgot it was a bank holiday. I ordered on the 21st and just received it now on the 30th. Obviously, they are a popular company and have a lot to do. So bear with them 🖤🤘 I bought the coffee because I love coffee. However, they have CBD-infused coffee, and I have psoriasis, COPD, HS, along with other health issues, so any CBD is a winner, especially with COFFEE!

spoof subscription

Twice theyve invented a subscription and taken money.
I've been a customer for years but never wanted a subscription. However, on 2 occasions they've invented a subscription and charged me ( I spot purchase 5 bags at a time so it's a hefty unexpected outlay when they invent an order).

No stock, no updates, no refund....

I placed an order on the 01 Aug. After 7 days with no shipping update I contacted the company to ask for an update, either the order is shipped in the next 24hrs or to refund the order. The company explained they were waiting on an ingredient and that the order would be shipped the following week. I contacted them again on the 19 Aug to request the same thing, again they came back saying they were waiting on an ingredient and the order would be shipped the following week. I have again requested a refund and for the order to be cancelled, no further communication since. I was keen to try this brand but the fact they sell items that are not in stock, with no warning about delays, is deceptive and just seems bad practice. Hopefully I can get my money back....

Dodgey company.

The company doesn't make it clear that you will be tied into atleast 3 orders from them if you join the subscription. Yes it's on a separate page but not made obvious to you as you place your first order. They claim it's to stop you from making one order and cancelling your subscription. But how is this a good deal if you are forced into paying full price for the next two months, basically wiping any discount you would have possibly made to begin with 😂.

The coffee is alright, not really to my taste but that isn't my issue, it's the company. The response time for emails is quite pathetic too

Still waiting for reply

Placed an order, delivery was slow, at the same time I ordered something from Temu, Temu order arrived 5 days before this turned up. They sent the wrong bag of coffee, contacted customer services, who advised me to return the wrong bag, at my expense and they would replace the incorrect bag and refund the postage cost, 9 days after the bag was received by them, still no replacement or refund.

Do not subscribe!!!!

Do not subscribe!!!!! I followed their terms and put in several requests to unsubscribe and they have ignored and continued with my subscription. I am now contacting other agencies to get my money back and ensure others know about it. Avoid at all costs, get wake the dead coffee from Amazon it's much better!

Dont trust shipping times

Paid £4 for delivery (which is ridiculous as as a company they wont pay the standard shipping rates with Royal Mail, just extra in their pockets)
States delivered in 2-4 business days... 4 business days later its only JUST been shipped and wont be here for 6 business days from date of order.

But now reading reviews I am wishing I never bothered ordering from SC in the first place.
And the lack of replys to the reviews shows that they coulsnt care less anyway

service is shockingly bad

I love the coffee but the service is terrible you pay for delivery to recieve in 3-4 days, 4 days later item still isn't dispatched, you speak to customer service all they say is sorry, 2 days later item is still not dispatched worst service for a product I have ever received, the product itself is 5star but the service is somewhere in the negative hundreds I cannot rate this low enough

Great customer relations. NOT

Originally I was very impressed with skullcrusher. However some 6 weeks after ordering x2 500g of packs of coffee and x2 free mugs, I am still waiting, despite contacting them several times.
They kept giving me a tracking number but no other information, now they just won't reply to my messages.
It has left a very distasteful feeling with me. I now find myself nearly £30 out of pocket. Buy at your risk and expense

I don't recognise the business…

I don't recognise the business described in the low reviews. I always have had great service.

As far as the coffee goes, if you prepare it correctly it is unparalleled. The roast is perfect. Over-cooking it in your espresso maker it is horrendous.

Need a kick up the ass

Ordered, recieved all the usual confirmations. Just under a week goes by and the status of my order still stays confirmed so I email to ask for an update. Amanda responds say that my order is delayed because they are waiting for an ingredient and it should be shipped that week. This is where I check trustpilot because the coffee is still in stock on the website and this seems line total bulls**t if you ask me. I give it two days and nothing changes so I reply to Amanda, asking for an eta and threatening trading standards and to contact my bank to report fraud. I had a tracking number within hours and received it two days later. I'm not sure why it took that for them to be so prompt but I probably won't order from here again. 😕

Smells like burnt chemicals and tastes just as bad.

As soon as I opened the bag and the burnt chemical like smell hit me I knew I had made a huge mistake ordering from Skull Crusher.
Things got worse when I tried to brew a cup in the cafetiere, the coffee looks like tar.
Finally, against my better judgement, I tasted it, the taste is absolutely vile. I would not recomend this coffee to anyone.
When I emailed customers services to cancel the subscription I was told there was a 2 order minimum limit before I could cancel. They would rather force an unsatisfied customer to buy coffee from them that will go directly into the bin.
