Delayed and refused to cancel order and refund
Company has no phone number. My order was delayed by a very long time. I asked the company to cancel my order and refund. But they did not do that despite promising to do so, by email.

Great service
I have just ordered and received a rare 36cm duo induction AEG hob which I could not source elsewhere. The hob arrived when expected and is working well with a 12 month guarantee.
Great service and saved me cutting a granite worktop.

Excellent experience from order to delivery.
Modern Kitchens staff assisted me replacing a part damaged in transit with no quibble and got the part to me in super quick time while maintaining communication throughout.
Highly recommend this company.

The fact that the order went through…
The fact that the order went through without any problems. I had to change the delivery date as I would be on holiday. It came last Wednesday & the driver brought it in to the kitchen for me. I would certainly let people know how good your company is.

3 weeks no response after ordering a product no reply from supplier
I ordered a kitchen hob over 3 weeks ago and till mow have not received it or heard any word from them to say what the update on delivery is they won’t even respond to when I ask for a refund
